I have not received any confirmation of my order, nor estimated date of arrival. Even if its the free services, this type of information should be provided. I have no idea what is going on with my purchase

No problem ordering. But I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. Order paid for but not received.

I have ordered from this site on the 2nd of August, choosing the next day delivery option. It's the 5th of August already - neither have I been receiving information about my purchase or a confirmation number of it. If i would've known that my item will not be dispatched within the promised timeframe, I wouldn't have paid extra for the shipping. Highly disappointing

Placed an order. But 2 days later was told no stock so was refunded. Why let me order if no stock?

Applied the 10% off discount code but they wouldn’t apply it to the item I bought! Won’t be buying from here again
Their solution, rather than refund me the 10% they just cancelled my order before I could contact them again. So the below response is irrelevant.
