Placed an order on the 30th January and it is the 11th February and I have no notification about it being shipped. I emailed them and received no response so I have no idea what is going on.
Great service. Items delivered quickly and as described. What’s not to like? Will definitely use again.
Ordered Olaplex0 and it arrived as an empty bottle, the contents absorbed into the package. I have sent 2 emails regarding this problem including photographs. but had no reply to either. Hugely disappointed

My second order here and they have the best prices and products. My parcel was slightly delayed due to royal mail strikes and I contacted customer service and Liv quickly responded with a lovely response. I will be buying more from Beauflo
I was happy with my product, however I paid for nect day delivery on Tuesday, but my product didn't arrive until Saturday.

I originally had an issue with a shampoo i bought off the website, the mechanical squirt was not working. I sent a message to customer service, not sure i would hear anything back. Ellie, emailed me straight back and talked me through the process i needed to go through to get the matter dealt with. It turned out the mechanical problem then righted itself when i tried again and so no further action was needed. I was really impressed with Ellie and how quickly and efficiently she dealt with my query. Thanks

Ordered a hair straighting spray,I was expecting to wait 3 to 5 days for it and during the postal strike,but it arrived in a couple of days,it had been packed well,in 2 different packages and came in one piece,have ordered from other companies and the top was always broken in 2...so happy to get in one piece ...Its also a brilliant spray for keeping hair straight, have tried a few,but can't buy it in shops anymore.

My experience was good overall. The website was simple to use. My order acknowledged and payment taken smoothly. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the delivery was delayed for 2 weeks because my order items were out of stock. I was informed promptly of this and given the option to cancel the order. I chose to wait for the order and was kept up to date on progess, informed when the goods were despatched and given a link to check when to finally expect delivery. The parcel has now arrived and the goods are as advertised. Thank you.
