As a seller I was given wrong information by Charley Gregory, Beasley state agent Milton Keynes Bramch.
I wasn’t told I was in a chain sell.
Initially I was told the whole sell process Willy take 4-6 weeks as the buyers has had his mortgage was ready.
Once I agreed, thy started to ignore our calls, and emails, now we entered 16 weeks, and still nothing.
Even our lawyers are fed up with them due to lack of communication.
They are not honest and will tell you anything to agree to selll your property via them.
I would not recommend them to anyone.

Please chose any other state agent except Beasley Milton Keynes branch.

I am renting my property through them and purchasing another one. Charley Gregory from the sales dept has helped me a lot and she is on top of everything so far. We still have some time to completion, but I hope that everything continues to be as smooth.

From the renting side of it, my property is going live today, so I have to see how the service is based on the quality and quantity of the potential tenants, and how long it will take to rent my property.

Concluding, so far so good. Review to updated when everything is completed.

It was okay until the purchase process was complete. Then they started ignoring my emails. They have not collected the sold sign on my property.
