I had an issue with the recommended pot for the plant I bought, as it turned out to be too small. I contacted customer service, and Vanshika helped me arrange an exchange. Within just a few days, the incorrect pot was collected and the correct one was delivered, with no extra cost.

I have ordered from Beards and Daises several times, always arrived in a timely manner and the prices are always great. My plants still are thriving! (Maybe not the prayer plant because office AC is a murderer).

I love browsing on the website, and being a plant parent, I’ve also managed to get a few of my coworkers also buying from here due to the quality.

Most importantly, customer service was great from Rosie, I needed a housewarming plant in 4 days and picked the wrong delivery option. They sorted out within a day of me contacting customer services, which is an absolute relief for me. I’ve become a life long customer here, it’s always been a pleasant experience.

I was so disappointed by my experience. The plants arrived very quickly and initially looked great - only I then quickly discovered one had bugs, which meant they were all exposed. I contacted the seller multiple times with photos & videos (some blurry, fair enough - bugs are tiny! but videos were clear of moving critters). I offered to do a video call, but in the end i got lots of advice and then was told they couldn't confirm there were bugs / that the bugs came from them. I don't know how you would ever confirm this... I always open plants in a clean room and quarantine them, so finding bugs immediately they could only have come in the parcel. Sadly I won't be using them despite being convenient.

Edit, thanks for reply! I sent a number of emails either photos and videos and was told they couldn’t tell the moving critters were bugs or be sure they came from your plant. Please do let me know anything else that would have helped. Thanks!

I received my order and was very happy with the plants. And the safe packaging that they came in. Will hopefully buy more when able to in the future.

dissapointed with the products receievd.

Sizing of plants was not as per description and the recommended pots to go along side the plants did not fit and look overzied and drown the plants.

When sizing is hard to judge from a wesbite its imeprative this is well described and reocmmedations are sound.

Great service, quick delivery. Have ordered twice now and will again in future. First order sadly the ceramic pot was smashed during transit, but a quick email and I had a replacement the next day.

Superb customer service

Really not impressed. They experienced a delay of over a week, which I was only informed of after emailing when the delivery date came and went with no plants. They refunded my delivery fee and apologised, so I was willing to let that be it.
When the plants eventually arrived however, the nursery pot sizes were completely different to what was listed on the website, meaning they were too big to fit in the pots I had bought them specifically for.
I will not be purchasing from them again.

I recently ordered two olive trees and decorative pots from Beards & Daisies. Unfortunately, the pots supplied were slightly too small for the nursery pots the trees arrived in, which meant the trees didn’t sit correctly and were unstable in windy conditions.

After contacting customer services, Ash was incredibly helpful. The issue was acknowledged straight away, replacement pots were arranged promptly, and the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish.

The replacement pots arrived quickly and are exactly the right size. The olive trees now look beautiful and I’m delighted with the final result.

While it was disappointing that the original pots weren’t quite right, the quality of the customer service more than made up for it. Ash kept me informed throughout and made the exchange process very straightforward.

Thank you to Ash and the Beards & Daisies team for resolving everything so quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

I recently ordered two plants from Beards & Daisies. I thought one of them was looking very sorry for itself so I took a photograph of it and emailed it to customer services asking if it should be as droopy as it was. I received a reply fairly quickly and they were very understanding about it and offered me a refund,no quibbles, which was returned to me in a couple of days. They also allowed me to keep the plant in the hope it might pick up and also gave me some tips to try and care for it.
Fab company, I would definitely buy from them again.

Really disappointed with my order. I specifically chose this plant as a gift because it was advertised as 70–80cm including the pot, but the one received measured only 52-56cm.

I sent photos and measurements twice and kept the plant in the original brown wrapping in case I was asked to return it for a replacement. As the issue still wasn’t resolved, I eventually removed the wrapping and noticed that a lot of the leaves looked damaged and appeared as though they’d been eaten or marked.

Overall not what I expected for the price — I’ve genuinely seen plants in better condition in Lidl and B&M.
Customer service just send you filler emails instead of actually resolving the issue.

The plants I ordered were part of a collection advertised as "pet friendly". I was very impressed with the condition and appearance of all of them when they arrived. They looked healthy and well cared for, and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

My first order with Beards & Daisies and everything arrived safely, with good customer service. Did find their prices top heavy for the plants but being disabled, I don't have a lot of choice other than to order online these days unless I can find someone free to take me out!

Great service from ordering to delivery. I purchased this as a birthday gift online from overseas and it was a seamless transaction.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t a positive one due to the delivery service that was used. The parcel was delivered to a completely different address, which caused a great deal of distress on what should have been a special occasion.

The recipient was my grandmother, whose birthday the gift was for. She is disabled, no longer drives, and rarely leaves the house - she lives the other side of the country to me. When the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, she became extremely upset and panicked because she had no way of retrieving it herself or knowing where it was.

Thankfully, a kind person who realised the parcel had been delivered incorrectly took the time to bring it to the correct address. Had they not done so, I’m not sure when or if the parcel would have reached my grandmother and DPD where frankly terrible to communicate with.

I was very disappointed by this experience, particularly as it ended up overshadowing and upsetting what should have been a happy birthday for her. While the plants themselves was appreciated once it arrived, the delivery issues significantly affected the overall experience.

Beautiful plants that arrived safely and intact the next day.
