Based on my observations, there appear to be multiple users who actively supported, promoted, and contributed to the growth and visibility of BC.GAME, yet those same individuals are now facing account restrictions, withheld funds, prolonged silence, and repeated generic replies.

As an example, I would like to mention member UID 3649647, whose case bears striking similarities to my own. The growing number of such cases and the similarities between them raise a very serious question:

Has supporting, promoting, and trusting BC.GAME itself become the reason these users are being treated this way?

If all users are truly treated equally and fairly, then why do so many similar issues continue to appear specifically in cases involving members who supported and promoted the platform?

Responses repeatedly claim that BC.GAME values transparency, accountability, and community feedback. However, my experience — along with the experiences shared by other affected members — presents a very different picture. Despite emails, feedback, and community support, affected users continue to feel ignored, isolated, and unfairly treated.

If transparency and fair treatment were truly priorities, loyal members and promoters would not find themselves in this situation. A platform’s credibility is not proven through statements alone, but through how it treats its users — especially those who supported and promoted it.

Family appeal for review and release of funds

I am writing this on behalf of my husband, who has been associated with this platform for the past four years as a consistent member and active promoter. During this time, he has invested his time, effort, and reputation in supporting and promoting the platform.

He has also requested, at the very least, a temporary restoration of his account along with practical steps toward the release of his funds.

Based on this, we sincerely expect that my husband’s case will also be handled with the same level of fairness, transparency, and seriousness.
