Whether I reach out to support with a question or an issue, they answer. With BCVault your crypto is safe, period.

I like others, have been experiencing problems with the app on computers. I have tried both MAC and Windows 11 PC. The errors I receive are: 1) Disconnected--Network with issues--Bitcoin certificate error
The connection icon in the left column is red and states Disconnected. My network is working, otherwise I could not leave this message.

I bought this unit to replace my previous one because the application wouldn't connect to my Mac. Turns out that the application doesn't connect to Macs. I saved my password to a password manager and backed it up with a microUSD. Couldn't access my funds on a Windows system either. Don't buy. I lost my crypto and saw that many other people are having the same problem just for the CEO to tell people they are stupid.

I'm no expert but I don't see why more people are not covering BC Vault on YouTube. From what I can see and understand it is hands down the best cold wallet available. I know it's not made in the US and only takes a few days shipping to receive but maybe if they had a dealer here it would be one of the most common wallets in use. I believe in it so much I bought a 2nd one for redundancy.

Updated reported 2025 incident. I purchased a BC Vault after it was publicly recommended by YouTube’s expert Crypto Casey in mid 2021. I am a Cisco engineer accustomed to implementing and validating secure systems where failure or oversight can carry significant financial consequences. I approached the setup and use of BC Vault not only with that same level of discipline but was even more rigorous. For example, after completing the setup and conducting internal wallets verifications, and for those who don’t know..

”Verify Wallet" function is a feature designed specifically to let users confirm their passwords work before depositing funds. I verified 2 wallet credentials 3 times during initial setup. I intentionally transferred no assets into the device and allowed it to remain dormant for 6 months. This was a deliberate test to simulate cold storage conditions and to confirm long term credential reliability.

After that period, I successfully accessed the device and verified the internal wallet credentials with the same credentials twice, which made it 5 times that I verified, which the device consistently reported verification successful.

This is the critical point. A "Verification successful" message is a cryptographic confirmation from the device itself that the entered password is correct. It is the product attesting to its own proper function.

Only after these verifications did I transfer my assets, 65k XRP and 15k XLM into the vault.

Confident in my vetting process, I recommended BC Vault to my best friend who I introduced crypto to as an investment. After verifying his setup and testing transferring crypto in and out of 2 wallets, he then transferred approximately 15k XRP and 10k XLM into his vault. Days after installing, he tried to transfer funds out again and began experiencing password issues. Later after I discovered his problems persisted, I tried assisting him and in doing so encountered numerous user reports describing similar lockout scenarios throughout the web. I immediately rushed to checked my own device to see had I been fraudulently taken, and discovered I was also locked out, receiving an “incorrect password” error despite implementing a fail proof system (incl other methods not mentioned here), and using credentials that were thoroughly vetted.

The logical conclusion is inescapable: if the verification feature works, the password is correct. If the password is later rejected, the device has failed. This is not a case of a forgotten password; it is a case of a product that passed its own integrity check and then malfunctioned. A system that permanently locks out careful, technically competent users without meaningful remediation produces an outcome that’s misaligned with fairness and customer trust.

Your response proves my point. You have not addressed a single specific claim:

You ignore that I used your "Verify Wallet" function five times successfully; a cryptographic confirmation from the device that my password was correct.

You ignore that the defect persists across a new device and restored backup (see user Wander Cepeda's case), disproving your "1:1 restore" theory.

You reframe a refusal to surrender my last name as a refusal to troubleshoot.

You are not offering help. You are reciting a script designed to dismiss evidence. The pattern is clear: careful users are locked out, and the company's sole response is to blame them while ignoring the product's own verification logs.

It wasn't complicated and yet it was not easy. But I reason I do like it because when it comes to your security you really do need it to be on point. Going through the steps and watching the videos I understood the reason and I'm glad I purchased it. Now I plan to tell all my friends about it.

BC Vault communicates well about the status of delivery.

They mail their product quickly.

Their product is highly secure and easy to use and their software is well done and works on all computer platforms and is kept up to date well. This company is serious about security and stands behind their work.

Ordered this product over a month ago and it arrived without the USB cable. I still do not have the cable and they continue to not respond to my complaints
