No communication is that ordered grill was out if stock
Placed order for Napoleon grill. Following week called for a shipping update only to be told product was out of stock. While the person I spoke with was very apologetic and processed my refund immediately I will not be buying anything from BBQ authority. Firstly if your product is out if stock it should be clear on your website that the product is unavailable. Secondly if you're going to take my money immediately you should let me know the product is unavailable just as quickly.

Awesome Grill!
All I really cared about was that I received what I paid for intact and in working order and it was. Great grill. Delivery seemed long probably due to being anxious about receiving it. No issues overall. Quality of the Napoleon Prestige 665 is top notch. Glad I made the purchase!

The handwritten thank-you letter was a lovely touch!
The hot sauce bottles were a great success with my family; we truly enjoyed them. We certainly plan to purchase more in the near future. They also thoughtfully included a complimentary cover for my new grill! The fact that it is a veteran-owned and operated business was also very meaningful to me. While I am not a veteran myself, I have a deep appreciation for their service!
