Well I previously ordered 2 hair clips that I measured with one that I had purchased before and they were too small. I wish that it was more accurate so I'm stuck with 2 small clips I can't use.

Variety & good service

I ordered a comb and 2 headbands. Received the ordered promptly and was as ordered on the website. I like the comb it is strong and does not add static to my hair. The headbands are nice and strong but do not hurt to wear them all day. Prices were reasonable. Very pleased with the products and service.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

I ordered - and paid for - 3 brushes and one hairclip. I received the hairclip and ONE brush. I emailed and someone said they would send the 2 additional brushes the next day by priority. This was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Since then I have emailed and emailed and NO ONE responds. I have not received the brushes (although I've received a lot of other things ordered WELL after that date and received within days by Feds, UPS and USPS. ) I have emailed asking for a refund - again NO RESPONSE.
