Order at Bauhaus Movement
After a little time, I finally received my "Christopher Farr" rug. It took some time, but I am really happy with the outcome.
I am honestly quite surprised by people here claiming that this company is fake.
I even talked with someone via phone and he explained everything in much detail. Good customer service, despite the delay in delivery.

Update Oct 25.they agreed to refund 4 months ago, I agreed stage payments as they don’t appear to have the means to pay the full amount, which is alarming. True to form 4 months on, weekly emails chasing and no money. AVOID, I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!

Update Jan 24, still no tables, I get random emails spinning things out. I notice on a Scam warning website one of the positive reviews is from Niklas Halver who is the named individual (if exists) that corresponds with me.
Ordered and paid for nesting tables in July item never received. There is no working phone number. Contacts names via email keep changing, I suspect they are the same person. Asked for money back never received. Due to their behaviour and lack of goods or return of money I have the same concerns as expressed by others here. I would not recommends that anyone buys from them. I have reported to Action Crime and have asked for support from my bank. If the goods or cash are received I will update. At best their service is poor at worse it is a professional scam site.

AVOID! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
AVOID!! I ordered a watch a month ago which has yet to arrive so I contacted them via email and the response was that they have run out of the specific strap that I wanted. After I demanded a refund, they asked me to let them contact the watch manufacturer and get a strap. Since then, they have wasted my time for 2 weeks and have subsequently ghosted me so I am in the process of taking legal action, reporting them to Federal Trade Commission and getting my money back from PayPal. Please raise awareness on all platforms about people like that!

The site is a scam
The website turns out to be a scam. I placed an order for a watch, but unfortunately, the order remained pending and was never processed. I tried in vain to contact customer service both via email and phone, but I never received any response from them. Fortunately, I had used PayPal as my payment method, which allowed me to request a refund.
UPDATE:
I want to emphasize that the website continues to prove itself as a scam, as the products are never delivered, and the customer service takes more than a year to respond. A year ago, my requests for assistance via email and phone went unanswered, and this review was initially written in August 2022. Marie's update, dated September 2023, unfortunately confirms this unacceptable situation. It is truly beyond belief.

Don't buy throuugh them
Ordered a product through their shop website over 6 months ago. Was told they were behind on orders but it will be sent out within a week. Never happened and have been ghosted when subsequently contacting them.
Update: Only just saw that this was replied to a year after I left my original comment.

Wait so after not refunding my money you want me to send you even more money so you can continue to not provide me with what I ordered? How about no.

No watch after two months
My mum ordered the Bauhaus Watch 21301 two months ago. She was initially told it was sent, then after it didn't arrive, she phoned. She was told it hadn't been made and that it would be sent that week. She has since emailed them again and has yet to receive a response. She has paid 229 EUR plus postage and has yet to receive the money back or the watch itself, or even a response confirming the watch has been sent. I'd not normally leave a review but there seems to be little way to get through to this company. Based on this experience I would definitely not recommend - shop elsewhere.
