Stick drift

After a couple months of use the right analog stick started to drift, making it unusable. There is a very limited warranty and a long waiting queue. Also you have to pay shipment yourself. I didnt buy any modification for the analog sticks, so i assume they use a bad batch of DS4's (because its cheaper for them ofc) to 'modify' and then sell it.

My friend and I both bought a BB…

My friend and I both bought a BB controller and waited 18 weeks (with the expedited fee) only to have BOTH of our controllers stop working in a week. I was so frustrated I didn’t even want to deal with returning.

Would rate zero if I could

Would rate zero if I could. $400 controller started drifting after 4 months, no warranty, shipped me defective parts, charged me a fortune to ship it to Canada, haven't heard from them yet, but definitely not expecting them to do anything. That seems to be their style. Save your money buy 5 normal ps5 controllers and you'll be way happier, and also get a year warranty with each one.

They'll damage your controller and make you pay for repairs...

I've been a Battle Beaver Customs customer for about 5 years. I've also bought 3 controllers from them in the past (2 PS4, 1 PS5).

Years ago, the PS4 controllers I bought for them were durable and they lasted a while before the functionalities stopped. I didn't have a concern with that as that is general wear and tear.

However, and more recently, I purchased a PS5 modded controller by this company, and this where I've had major issues with the company.

I fully decked out my controller, costing me almost £400 including shipping to the UK et cetera. After receiving the controller, the thumbsticks felt very tight so I returned them, within a week, to get them changed. I had to pay for shipping and for the thumbstick replacement.

A few weeks later, the controller was returned to me. The controller I received had even more problems than before. The R1 Smart Trigger wouldn't work and it was very frustrating to experience this. Even worse, when I emailed customer service they said I had to once again pay Battle Beaver Customs (BBC) for repair fees and shipping costs etc. This is totally unacceptable as BBC returned me a damaged controller.

Anyway, I want my controller to be functioning, otherwise I bought a controller of such monetary value for no reason. So I agreed to paying once again.

When they received my email, they said through their testing they found further problems with the controller and asked me if I wanted those repaired, I'll have to pay further. The problem they found was with the thumbstick. This is what I sent to them previously to have repaired but according to their testing it was malfunctioning again so I had to pay them again to redo a job they should have done properly in the first place!

Anyway, after robbing me off so much money. They returned my controller, I once again had to pay all the shipping fees there and back.

The controller returned and within half an hour the R1 button stops functioning AGAIN!

Extremely frustrated, I sent a polite but respectful complaint in addressing my issues. After a week, I've not had a reply from Battle Beaver Customs and this is revolting service.

I have always praised BBC for their PS4 controllers but this is almost like a totally new company. All of a sudden, they have gained recognition and are providing sponsorship to popular gamers and their real customers don't matter to them anymore. It's become a money stealing scheme.

I've now spent £600+ on the controller, repairs and all the numerous shipping costs and I'm still left with a broken controller.

Just a side note, I take care of my controllers very well. I have 2 normal PS5 controllers, and a few PS4 controllers from years ago that still function perfectly well with no damage.

I won't be returning and if you're smart, just look and read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Don't let them rob your money!

Crap Product and even Worst Customer Service!

I was excited to purchase one of these controllers for the back finger button triggers for FPS shooters. After spending about $200 I received the controller 3 months later. This was strike one for the company. Strike two came after having the controller for one week the back button trigger malfunctioned and was inoperable. They paid for a return envelope and I shipped the controller back within a month or so I was sent another controller that was functioning. Then about 2 weeks later or less the same issue occurred again. The back button trigger was malfunctioned. I requested another return envelope to send the controller back and was told that I had to pay for it myself because they only offered one time postage. So I sent the controller back and once they received the item they told me that I had to pay for this repair out of pocket. After spending $200 for the controller and only getting about 2 weeks worth of use out of it I was highly pissed hearing this. They basically told me that their product was very delicate and that I was responsible for any repairs after the first one. Although this controller seem to be faulty. I have earned Gaming System since the mid 80s and have never had an issue with one. Maybe I'm lucky in that way but two weeks is a joke. They have horrible customer service and it was very difficult to communicate with this company. I left numerous messages and until I called and was very forceful and speaking to management this was the only way that I could actually talk to someone about my issue. Do not waste your money with this company you will definitely regret it. I should have went with Scuf from the beginning but I was Bamboozled by these people. To add a cherry on top of this shitshow The company still has my controller and did not send it back to me once they told me they would not repair it without my payment.

I paid $360 for a top level custom ps5…

I paid $360 for a top level custom ps5 controller. Everything worked as I expected except one, it wouldn't connect via Bluetooth to my PC no matter what I did. 2. I kept my hands clean every time, but didn't take long to start having buttons sticking and not working correctly. They had cleaning services I could pay for when I ordered it but now they dont offer it. I cant find anybody that has the skills where I could pay to have it carefully cleaned inside. So after about 8 months it's already not a working controller. I tried getting help from Battle Beaver with no luck. I wish I went with Scuf instead. Ill be taking my money to scuf now.

Received a Non-Functional Product, Twice!

Received my product non-functional after paying additional fees to expedite the order. Forced to request a repair day one, and return the product. After receiving the product back, less than a month later it has another failed component and they claim I am no longer covered by warranty despite the ludicrous circumstances. At no point was I in any way compensated for this runaround. I will now be voiding any future repairs from their apparently incapable technicians and taking it to local electronics repair people who take pride in their work.
If you're looking for a rear-input custom controller, seek another provider, the product, quality assurance, and customer support at Battle Beaver Customs are all entirely incompetent.

Awful! Company

Awful company please read the reviews as I didn’t! My son ordered one back in November and we didn’t receive it until March. It is now broken. It doesn’t work and the company say it is out of warranty. We therefore have to pay for this to be repaired and shipped to America and back! Which of course we won’t bother doing as it’ll cost too much.
Please do not buy from this company- what an absolutely waste of money.

Battlebeaver is the WORST online…

Battlebeaver is the WORST online shopping experience that I've ever had. Ordered my controller over 3 months ago and still haven't received my product and they DO NOT RESPOND to emails. So I've just spent money for a product that I have yet to receive after 3 months! Would be really grateful if anyone can provide me with the number of a lawyer or information on whether or not I have a lawsuit! Any 5 star review you see for this company or product is a lie!

Better than the company that rhymes with uf gaming.

I had an amazing experience with battlebeaver after having a horrible experience with another company within the same industry. Everything went well and I got my controller in the exact same time they said I would get it. They would also respond to every inquiry I had in a timely manner.

I would give battle beaver 0 stars if I…

I would give battle beaver 0 stars if I could.
So I ordered a controller back in early October hoping for a Xmas arrival (12 weeks is what I was expecting so didn’t have a issue) I then emailed them asking for a delivery date. I got a reply stating that the controller will not be shipped until mid to late 2022 (may/June earliest )
As it stands it will be over a 9 month wait for a controller that cost me over £200. I took 6 weeks for them to reply ti my email.
I would not advice using these as there service is appalling. There is over 9000 controllers that are to be made before mine so I doubt I will see it this year.

Seek alternative controller has battle beaver are not the ones to give business to

Worst company of the decade

First 2 controllers arrived, lasted about a week and both mine and my brothers analogs were going crazy just jerking up and to the left every few seconds. I decided to give them another chance, purchased 2 more, one worked, the other ones analogs were also broken. I was told that if I return them the process would take 15 weeks and I would have to pay shipping costs and a “fee” for returning them. I tried it for the third time as streamers (that are probably paid a ton to promote the bad product) seemed to love the product. So this time I waited the entire build time out patiently, received a notification that they are being shipped and was told that shipping is another 6-10 days, now its 15 days later and the controllers has not even left the USA to ship overseas.

These guys are arrogant in responding to emails (if they even bother to respond) they rapidly became popular as streamers are paid to promote them, and suddenly dont give a damn about their customers any more.

JOKE COMPANY CAREFUL

What a joke of a company they just want your money. They have terrible customer service I phoned them from the uk and gave them my number to call me back so it won’t cost me an arm and a leg also gave them options to call me via what’s app etc they never did call me back so I could speak to someone. this is after I sent them 3 emails with no response then finally after 7 emails I got a response stating that I would have to pay for returns which was £30 which I did even though they should of given me a free returns as I paid $50 shipping for it to arrive at my doorstep. Then on top of that they said that they take a 15% restocking fee. In the end I spent over $300 and only got refunded £157 now they are not responding to my email asking for them to clarify why I have been refunded so little. Remember that’s not including my phone bill for international calls since they didn’t respond at the start. Careful once they have your money they couldn’t care as you can tell from how bad there customers service is

Broke after 37 days, they told me I'd have to pay

I paid $250+ for the Fighting Game (FGC) controller, and one of the buttons stopped working after 37 days. When I reached out to support, they told me it would take 8 weeks to repair and they only offer a 30 day return policy.
If I would have known these buttons break so easily I would have never spent so much money for this controller. Complete waste. With one of the buttons broken the entire controller is useless for fighting games, moreover with an 8 week turn around time I'm out of commission. For such a "premium" product I would have expected them to immediately send a replacement in full working order overnight and for me to ship them back the broken one in a return box that comes with the replacement. No such service here. Stay way.

Bad product not worth the price

Terrible Customer service, and a terrible product. I purchased a "custom build" for around $250 USD. After having waiting 16 weeks it finally arrived (I am in the US). I never got an update on shipping until the second time I reached out after waiting 2 weeks for a response. Then the controller arrives and it was preforming as expected, until maybe a month or two later, mind you that I don't use it a lot or put crazy wear and tear on it. After somewhere between 1-2 months of playing with it, the Square button (ps4) goes out, I switch Micro USB's it works again for a day then goes back out. Now if I want it fixed I have to pay for shipping and wait anywhere from 8-12 weeks to get it back. The crazy thing is that this is a normal issue with Battle Beaver products. I would not recommend this to anyone crazy wait times for a faulty product with bad quality I would sell the thing if it worked properly.

I play 90% mnk

I play 90% mnk. I purchased a $200 controller with digital triggers and back buttons. After a couple hours of week of use only for 2 months the controller digital triggers are already failint, one back button barely works. Company says the controller only had a 30 day warranty. Definitely not worth the money, scuff seems to last much longer.
