Paid extra for battle beaver boost still took nearly 2 weeks then when i got i I’ve had about a week and r2 works when it wants I can’t press l2 and r2 together I’ve got stuck drift on my left analog so it’s getting sent back.

They literally have the worst customer experience I have ever experienced from a company in my entire life, they make decent controllers but there TERRIBLE customer service makes it not worth it and I highly recommend you go with a different custom controller company.

I just paid £60 to send controller in for repairs, sent it half way across the world, got it back after an entire month without the controller and it is still broken with the same issues. The issue was my L2 was broken. Sometime it would aim in and just not un aim and other times it wouldnt register any inputs whatsoever. The exact problem is still happening. What a JOKE!!!

Bought a controller in April 2022 said controller has quit functioning. When I reached out to battle beaver, I was told that these controllers are much like a car brake pads and need to be sent back in to be fixed ever so often. My problem with that is I have driven my new car for several years and do not need to change the brake pads at this time, so their controllers while like brake pads. I would say are like the cheap off brand pads you get at the auto store but sold at a premium price.

Battle Beaver Controllers while nice when you first get them do not last and at 3 to 5 times the price of a standard controller you can spend your money better elsewhere.

Second 350$ controller I’ve purchase first one had a back button stop inputting within 6 months and the second one arrived at the wrong house. Ups confirmed all this with them and ups said they would be sending them a check. Battle beaver refuses to give me a return “until a check arrives” and won’t even remake my 350$ controller. all contact has stop from their side. There has been no update.. nothing. Won’t purchase anything from them again! 9-26-2023 will be a year since order was placed!! They have no accountability as a company

After markets add-ons will fail after little use. Then they want you to pay return shipping when it fails during the short warranty period.
I just filed a claim with the BBB.

Worst controller i've ever had. Right stick stopped working properly after 5 months. And since I live in Europe, I got it fixed at a local dealership as it is way cheaper than sending it to Battle Beaver in the US to get it fixed.
Shortly after, the left stick got the same fault.
And the warranty is also bad, compared to what i'm used to.
I recommend bying the Playstation Edge controller instead, as I did.

I never write reviews, but had to in this case.

I bought a custom PS5 controller less than a year ago and the controller quickly started to show stick drift. After some time the D-Pad buttons started to send random phantom signals, so that the thing useless now. Complete waste of money!

Bought a $220 ps5 controller, after 1 week of owning it the L2 and L1 stopped working. Sent it in and got it repaired. Fast forward 3-4 weeks I get it back and this time the R2 stops working after a week. I’m not aggressive with this thing and haven’t dropped it. It just stopped working entirely. Requested a refund and was told my warranty is over, and I’ll have to pay for repairs and shipping. Even though I’ve only had it in my hands for a total of 2 weeks.

Not worth the money at all, terrible build quality.

Massive stick drift issues on both sticks, d pad stopped working.

4 months wait for delivery.

Would not buy again.

L2 stopped working in less than 3 months. Have to pay shipping and service fee to get repaired. Warranty is only 30 days.. Not using them ever again.

Super fast build and delivery time with no purchased expedited service, super happy with the quality of the controller, purchased with removed rumbles and two paddles, will definitely recommend these guys in future.

I had been warned that Battlebeaver's customer service was abysmal, and that their products sometimes arrived broken and I should have listened. I've emailed 3 times, and called twice over the past 2 weeks in an attempt to troubleshoot the controller or to get a refund. I've still not heard back.

The controller would randomly enter commands I did not give it, and would lock itself moving in 1 direction or spin out of control when playing different games. I updated the firmware, I reinstalled drivers and still ended up with issues.

I fully expect them to try to keep the $16.99 shipping charge (which has a margin built in for their profit) for delivering a defective product.

Please, please, please do not buy from this company unless you enjoy rigorously chasing your money down!

Horrible company. AVOID! Buy a Playstation Elite or SCUF. With Battle Beaver you will be faced with 3 month wait for delivery, rude customer service who make it known they really don't care about your custom and a controller that continuously stops working along with additional months wait for repairs. Honestly, do yourself a favour and AVOID Battle Beavers!

Don’t waste your time. If you need to talk to customer service there’s never anyone available to talk to and don’t expect a call back. I’ve been trying to get a refund for almost a month now.

Company sucks don’t buy a battle beaver, better off with Sony edge or a scuf compared to this dogpoo service, customer support sucks “matt” tos sucks.

Do not buy!! I purchased a controller from Battle Beaver and after a year both thumbsticks broke, I had to pay over £100 to get them both replaced. The thumbsticks are now having severe stickdrift after 4 months of being replaced. Battle Beaver customer service have been the most unhelpful people, stating I’d have to pay once again to have them replaced! Do not buy from here!!!

If you’re locking for a better alternative to this crappy business look into nagashock. Their customer service is absolutely on point and they have many customer friendly policies to help. Had such a terrible experience with battle beaver I searched far and wide and these guys are it.
