The company customer service really is there for their customers. My order was sent from Europe and took forever to be delivered and after contacting customer service I was put at ease that the order was being delayed due to the postal service and that if it hadn't been delivered by such and such a date I would receive a refund.

Slow shipping to US
Upon purchase, I chose the 4-day shipping option. What I didn't realize was that my batteries are shipping from Lithuania. If you're in the US, the few dollars you save here are not worth the time. It has been 3.5 weeks and I still have not received my order. Also, their tracking link from Le Poste didn't work, but after reaching out to customer support they provided me a link from US Postal Service that did. EDIT: I received it after 30 days. The batteries are as described, and working as expected.

My purchase experience was good. Item purchased cam from overseas and took longer than expected to arrive because of it, and to add insult to injury the USPS being what it is has been a nightmare in slow deliveries.

Great!!! I ordered Monday and my order was on my doorstep when I came home the next day. Needed these quick so paid for the fast delivery and did not regret. I was expecting a bit longer ship time now but was pleasantly surprised. Also good deal on pricing. Thank you

I sent them some money for a charger…
I sent them some money for a charger and batteries; they sent me a confirmation with a bogus tracking number. Their customer service email bounces and they do not reply to queries on their website. I doubt that I'll see my purchases but if they miraculously arrive I promise to come back and update this review.
Well spank my *s* pink, THEY ARRIVED. Despite having all the hallmarks of scammers (I've been caught before) these guys are legitimate. Their problem seems to be more customer service/broken website and hopefully they'll have fixed it by the time you order.
Then, 2 months later there was a problem with my charger and they worked really hard to fix it, so, some more stars.
