Similar story to other reviews. Ordered a tap in July 2021, money taken and received email saying they would notify me on despatch. Nothing since then and no response to numerous emails. The company, Studio Ten online Marketing Ltd, as registered against the website is also unresponsive. Reported to trading standards and Action Fraud but website is still there, which is disappointing. Avoid at all costs!

We ordered and paid online for a toilet seat last Friday with this company. The money was taken from our account at the time of purchase. Since then we have heard nothing. Four emails have been shown as mailbox unavailable and the telephone number has been disconnected. Please don't buy from this scam.
BEWARE!! This is a bogus company using a URL that's very similar to a large bona-fide company, Grahams - whose web site is at bathroom-showroomS.co.uk. (Note the S at the end!)
This company, web site bathroom-showroom.co.uk, have a registered office that's a small terraced house in Morpeth - check out the Google Street View image of their address, 17 Hood Street, Morpeth, NE61 1JF. They use a Gmail address for correspondence once they've taken your money - nothing crooked about that of itself but not a usual sign of a genuine trading business.
We ordered a Pegler bath tap from them for about £150, and were sent instead a cheap Adexa basin tap, value about £10. They don't respond to emails or phone calls, and I'm now chasing a refund through the credit card company. Clearly they DO respond to them, however, as they've had the nerve to challenge the claim!
