G&S sold us calypso bathroom furniture. It fell apart due to water ingress from condensation within a few months despite us leaving the windows open and having a new extractor fan. Their supplier seems to have a reputation for poor quality goods but they claimed that the bathroom furniture can't handle even small amounts of water and it needs to be wiped dry. After many months G&S offered to replace 2 panels but left us in the position of having to pay several hundred for more of their shocking quality panels that will likely just fall apart again

Visited High Wycombe branch with my elderly mother for new shower room. Staff weren't very friendly didn't acknowledge us a very unfriendly bunch..

Poor customer service. Manager not will to help solve a problem with the sites ordering system for a special bespoke order. They were not interested

Dangerous drivers swerved and almost killed me.

The team at Grant and Stone in Amersham has been amazing with our new bathroom. From design, help with selection and delivery, it was all very professional. Thank you to Stephen for all his support and patience, this was a tricky design!

Amersham Grant & Stone. Design service good idea, however products (Laufen) we consider inferior. Bathroom installed in 2023. Toilet discoloured with whiter patch where Harpic sits in a blob at the bottom and I’ve tried everything even ladling out water and getting in there with Viakal/cleaner large brush and tooth brush. Plastic bits on the shower pole have broken (where it slides up and down) has scratched the pole and coming apart from the brackets. Bath too high/deep and I can no longer use as I can’t get out. It was fitted before we noticed and couldn’t do anything about it. We are in our eary 70s without mobility issues. Sink and sink unit good though. Be very careful when purchasing Laufen goods from them. In our house 34 years and previous toilets never showed discolouration. Oh and chrome brackets on toilet seat already rusting.

Leah and Freddie were extremely helpful and took the time in helping me to find the right cartridge for my obsolete bath taps, it’s saved me a huge job and I’m really pleased.
This was in the Bletchley store.

Very poor, took sample into store and asked for fittings, the assistant manager took the sample and came back with 3 fittings and said they where the ones, I paid and left store, got to site today and not the right fittings, toooo small, tried to take them back to another store for refund but was told I had to take them back to where I bought them from, a round trip of 32 miles and time lost, will not use G&S again, and will not recommend

Went online to book a bathroom design quote over two weeks ago. Automated messge to say my request had been recorded. Nothing since.
Have now been to a competitor, Had a design, quote and everything arrives next week.

It has become increasingly difficult to find plumbers willing to take on small jobs in Reading,so out of sheer frustration I have I have been tackling small plumbing jobs myself!This often involves taking leaky fittings down for replacement.The guys on the shop realise I am not a plumber just a bodging
O A P but have been really patient with helping me buy defective parts.It is well worth trying,especially with plastic parts they are remarkably easy to deal with!

I used Maidenhead Grant and Stone about 6 months ago for a shower head fitment. They were extremely nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for the chaps involved. The items we bought have been perfect and considering they were only small items and we didn't spend much they were amazing. I also called them to ask for a bathroom fitter to fix a shower screen for us and were equally helpful offering information to help me out even though there was nothing in it for them. I will always return to them for anything future bathroom requirements. They are great!

I needed a low value spare part that I was struggling to find in the shops or internet. I rang the Maidenhead branch of plumbing supplier Grant and Stone. They contacted the manufacturer and provided all information for me to place an order if I wanted. In the meantime, I found it on the internet and G and S were ok that I didn’t place an order with them. Amazing in these times to find so nice people, favouring their reputation for service over short term gains.

Don’t use this company unless you want their drivers to potential kill people on route.

Me and my Partner were merging onto the M40 at 6pm today when a large man in his 60’s and a larger younger woman in this grant and stone van almost took us off the road when merging. The man then proceeded to make gestures and shout things to me and my partner before speeding off past us at around 85mph.
How can this company not speed lock their vans and why hire such horrible people.

A big thankyou to Terry the driver who was exceptionally careful when depositing items onto my garden.
I cant thank him enough for being so thoughtful and careful not to danage my daffodils which are fantastic presently.

I bought a Stuart Turner pump and two months later is completely stopped working. I took the pump back with the receipt and I was told to contact the manufacturer for a code. I had to leave the store and call the manufacturer before taking the product back once again. This is very bad customer service on Grant and Stones behalf who should contact the manufacturer themselves and not leave it to the customer to do all the work.

The delivery staff transferred heavy loads using a crane over my property onto the site next door which ordered the delivery without my consent. He did it on more than one occasions, e.g. 24th March 2022 and 23rd May 2022. There was room to off load the other direction without moving heavy loads over my property.
