The best customer service I have ever…
The best customer service I have ever experienced from a manufacturer.
After a few hours of use, I broke the drive gear of my Twin Brush due to a handling mistake. Within 24 hours, after a simple email exchange with customer service, I was sent a brand-new machine under warranty.
The equipment is of very good quality and perfectly suited to my needs for boat cleaning.
I highly recommend it without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic customer service
I purchased a cordless twin brush scrubbing machine from Batavia. Unfortunately it stopped working 6 months later. I emailed Batavia about it and without question, they apologised, and sent me a prepaid address label in order to return it. While I was trying to find a box and packaging to return it, a brand new replacement one arrived at my door! Now that is good customer service. And of course, I was able to use that box and packaging to return the faulty one! Win win. Thank you Batavia.

The company was doing great! Because of google fill in automatically my order was sent to my old adress. The problem was solved easy. The produkt ist not as great as expected, I have to clean the filter all the time otherwise the vacuum cleaner will no longer have any suction power. But that's also described in the instruction manual, so everything is OK.

Clean cutter and relieves the handmuscles
Small but powerfull tool, clean cuts and great relieve for the handmuscles. When you have a large cutting job the sound is a bit annoying.

Great functioning Cordless Ratchet…
I ordered 2 pcs 12V Cordless Ratchet Wrench and used them for my work already, they work great. Enough strength for most bolts. My advice use 2 ah batteries, last long enough and are smaller than the 4ah. Don’t buy Fixxpack 2.0 batteries, they don’t fit. The square connection is size 3/8, so you might need an adapter to 1/4 check your socket size.
