Great company! One of my Bassbuds cable was broken so i contacted the customer service. They replied and gave me information on how to send it back.. so i send it back and 3 weeks later i got a new one.. maybe they Will not answer in 24h but i know i am not the only one, like others say that they don’t get a response give the customer service Some time, you’re not the only one, they evently Will answer.. really great company
