From the first contact with a sales rep…

From the first contact with a sales rep I was honest about needing help to figure out what I needed in a website for it to actually be worth it for my business. I was assured that if at any time I decided it wasn't that I could get a full refund. I took the chance and the first interaction with my project manager was horrific, I was immediately propositioned for an upsale to hire another company to write content and tags. I wasn't expecting that as I told the sales rep my budget for the website and the quote was almost all my budget. I was received no help, they asked me for the basic information and slapped it on a standard basic layout and filled in the blanks. I was sent to multiple project managers to get the same results, the website couldn't do any of the things the sales rep said they would set up and I was told all those things would be extra. I was sent to a manager after asking for my money back, who was gonna handle my project and if I was still unsatisfied I could get my money back. The "new" web site was still lacking any of the features I needed to actually solve my issues with my current system so I asked for a refund because at this point I don't have faith they can make good on the promises of the sales rep (Jim Milton). After emailing everyday to get a response I was finally sent an email telling me I was not eligible for a refund. I emailed the manager I was working with, the sales rep, and customer service to find out why with no replies. So they took my money and slapped the basic information I sent onto a stock page layout with a generic logo that is nothing like the references I sent. I told them I wasn't happy with what they've tried to pass off to me and was interrupted to be told that what they did was good and the art was good, apparently my opinion doesn't matter to them. I guess I'm just out of my money so learn from my mistake and stay away from this place. Last contact from them was to remove my review or they were going to get their lawyers to sue me. Please do yourself a favor and don't use this company. From my experience I can only assume the other reviews for them must be fake.
