Purchased an Epiphone EB1 in March 2025, the process was hassle free, questions answered quickly and the bass was setup well with flat wound strings as requested. The bass to my eyes was better than described so will be back again for sure, especially with the great selection of basses in stock

This is one of the best online places to get basses with reasonable prices in UK especially now with so many sellers and stores selling beaten up basses at steep prices using the excuse of "honest playwear", "lots of character / mojo" and so on.
I got a 1999 Spector NS5CRFM in November of 2022 which happened to be owned by Greg Hagger of YouTube channel Greg's Bass Shed and an American vintage 1977 B.C. Rich Eagle in July of 2024 (these basses are almost impossible to find in UK, they are mostly found in the US and Japan and they are not cheap at all, so I pulled the trigger as soon as i had enough available cash) which came with its varitone switch damaged, Will was very comprehensive and he agreed to pay for the original component from Neal Moser himself, the designer of the different active B.C. Rich circuits and master luthier since Mr. Bernando Chávez Rico was in charge of the business in the 70's.
Update August 2025: My third bass from BassBros was a gorgeous Rickenbacker 4003 in snowglo finish, I have had four of these beauties, this one has the best action of them all, it is seeing more action than my 2019 matte black 4003 which I bought brand new, love it!
If you want to buy any bass with an almost unbeatable price look no further!

Thought I'd give BassBros competitions a try as they're the only bass-only comps. Very positive experience all round - prompt email receipt when I bought my tickets, and an email notifying me I'd won shortly after the draw closed. I don't live that far away, so they kindly let me collect the bass in person.
