George from Richer Sounds Belfast could not have given better customer service - I called the store with a vinyl player bought from a friend that was spinning too slow and scraping the underside of my records. He had me bring it in and said he would take a look at it. By the next morning he called to say it was fixed and ready to go! When I came in store he talked me through everything he’d done and advised the best way forward with it. So knowledgable and it’s clearly a passion of his - he was also incredibly friendly and never once made me feel silly for not being educated on vinyl. He didn’t charge me for the repair either - an absolute hero and I will absolutely be back for advice when i’m ready to upgrade my set up. Thank you George!

Amazing Service and Staff
Initially bought a TCL TV from Harvey Norman. After waiting over a month for it to arrive I cancelled the order and ordered from here instead. TV came in 4 days and I got a tenner off and free delivery. Will definitely shop again! Also got some really good advice on my TV over the phone. Recieved plenty of emails checking in while awaiting my TVs arrival. Just overall super helpful.

Excellent service and a fantastic deal
I ordered a new OLED TV by 2 pm, and it was delivered the very same day at 5.40 pm. The delivery driver was very polite and kind, and he even played with my cat. I got a very good deal that included a soundbar, and I couldn’t be happier with it!

Excellent service
Best prices, knowledgeable staff and excellent follow up service. Only minor quibble is that the courier service used to deliver my product gave very little notice as to when he was delivering my product, but this is more of a reflection on the delivery service than of Richer Sounds, and having used RS a number of times before I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Exceptional Customer Service
The level of customer service you get from these guys is second to none.
I purchased a TV that I wasn't entirely happy with. I contacted the store and Jess made the entire return process stress-free. She even offered to have the TV collected, at no cost to myself! So impressed was I that rather than accept a refund I decided to keep my business with them and I upgraded to a more expensive set.
I cannot recommend Richer Sounds in Belfast highly enough.

I honestly wouldn't buy a TV anywhere else. I had an issue with a set I bought over five years ago, and they were more than happy to help. They even sent someone out to take a look at it.
When it turned out the TV had deeper issues and was beyond repair, they offered me a replacement at no charge. I am absolutely blown away by their policies and how easy they are to work with. Incredible service.
