Love!!! I sent a birthday basket to my bestie and she loved it! The presentation is so cute and she loved every special product! Also the customer service was top notch! I will definitely be using them again soon!

Cannot fault this company. I ordered a hamper for my dad's 70th. Just wanted to say a huge thankyou for packing everything up so beautifully and the extras. The happy birthday chocolate was an amazing surprise.

Just received photos of the "basket/box" which I sent for a Christmas present. So disappointed. The price I paid certainly, in my opinion, does not reflect the contents. Overpriced to say the least. Wouldn't use again and on this occasion could not recommend. Recipient obviously unaware of the price, nearly £100 + £10 delivery. Very basic, crisps, biscuits, couple of non descript bottles of wine. Poor quality. Sorry just very disappointed.

We sent a basket to my sister last year and she was so appreciative we have selected another this year for Christmas.
We received a reminder of their service which was helpful and it was fairly easy to select a basket that would be suitable for a senior.
BG’s follow up is excellent. Keeps us informed of delivery, etc.

Baskets Galore prepared a beautiful gift basket for my daughter and her family and delivered it to their London hotel on a timely basis. The staff worked with me to create a custom basket filled with fresh fruit, chocolates and English pastries. My granddaughters were delighted with the selection. I appreciated receiving pictures of the contents of the basket and the finished product. Ordering and payment were simple. I'm so glad that I found this company easily in an internet search. What a pleasure.

The products were all approaching Best Before Dates so old stock. Biscuits a bit stale.

Ordered a hamper for friends wedding day.

I placed the order a month in advance to be delivered to the venue the day before the wedding. with covid restrictions we could not make the wedding day. so wanted to have it waiting as a surpirse. I organised with the venue to accept the hamper and set it up in their room.

4pm on delivery day I had heard nothing. I emailed every email address on the website. phoned and left voice messages. I spoke to the website instant chat who "could not confirm delivery, but IF your hamper was delivered you will recieve confirmation before 5.30pm today"

I requested I be phoned, and I was ignored untill 6pm that evening when I got a response that said "we are extreamly busy as its Mothers day weekend" there was 3 more excuses before I read the following "your hamper was not delivered"

apparently it was broken by DPD in transit, any they only realised at 6pm the day of delivery which was a Friday.

I suspect it was not DPD's fault as I never had an option to track delivery when I logged into my account.

I suspect that the hamper was never made or shipped.

I requested to be phoned again, I was ignored again.

I was offered re-delivery of the hamper the following Tuesday.

I was then offered a refund. I still have not been refunded 3 weeks later. I emailed 3 times enquiring how long it would take to recieve the refund before I got a response that said "accounts are responsable for refunds, it will be processed but I dont know when"

would not recommend using this company as their lack of communication is shocking. and I see here that other people have had the same issues with pre-ordering for specific delivery dates that have not been met.

My sister has ordered me a gift basket from Baskets Galore twice now and I am hoping she does so again! I have been very impressed with the quality and variety of goodies received, always beautifully presented and packaged. I feel very spoilt with the quality of the products so I hope Baskets Galore keep up the good work despite these challenging times and the busy Christmas period. Thank you!

My recipient loved the gift hamper. BasketsGalore did very fast shipping, even during Covid. Highly recommend their baskets, looked great!

Ordered hamper from their Irish Gourmet subsidiary. Hamper arrived on the wrong day despite a specific day being requested and confirmed. Emailed customer services to enquire why this had occured but did not receive a reply. So, sorry Baskets Galore, but that gets you a 1 star review!

I purchased a 90th birthday hamper for my father in France. The hamper was supposed to contain a 90th birthday mug and a 90th birthday card. The contents of the hamper were pretty naff (a bag of porridge oats??!) but I liked the 90th birthday theme so I went with it. The mug was in the hamper, but instead of the 90th birthday card they had put... a Christmas card. How lazy and insulting! Plus, I had ordered the hamper on Sunday night for delivery on the Thursday. By the Wednesday they still hadn't dispatched the hamper and I had to chase them up twice to get them to send it. It arrived a day late, on the Friday.

When I posted the above review on Facebook, the company replied that basket had arrived "on the requested delivery date during the height of Christmas". Well that's wrong on both counts - even in Northern Ireland, I doubt anyone would consider the second week in December "the height of Christmas".

They even had the barefaced cheek to try and claim that the birthday card was "complimentary", even though it was clearly shown in the photo of the hamper and mentioned twice (yes, TWICE!) in the description of the contents. (By that token, everything in the hamper is "complimentary", and I guess I'm lucky my poor father didn't just receive an empty basket...)

I had no apology, no offer to send out a replacement birthday card and - worst of all - no acknowledgement that they had done anything wrong in sending out a incomplete hamper that arrived a day late.

Update: For Christmas I bought a hamper from a posh department store, posted it to my parents myself and sent a personalised card from an online retailer. Much cheaper, far nicer contents - which were all in there! - and everything arrived on time.
