Maj was very knowledgable and always answered our questions very quickly. The installer Hoji was very good and did a very professional job on the installation. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the way we asked. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting an air conditioning unit. Great service!

I had my reservations about using a company who is over 200 miles from my location, but Basildon ACR lived up to my expectations.
Their communications were first class, there was a slight delay in sourcing the equipment but they kept me informed.
What I can't get my head around was the price. I live in Cheshire and the closest providers/installers are around Manchester and the cost for the same job was nearly £900 more.
Needless to say I am delighted with BACR, would highly recommend them.

I never write reviews. However I'll make an exception this time. Had an air con installation completed for my garden bar on 20th October. Initial comms with Maj were very straightforward and the unit was delivered to my house well in advance of installation. Installation completed by Harry (top lad) who did a very neat and tidy job...cleaned up as he went. I would 100% recommend these guys for air con installation. Very happy customer.

contacted basildon ac but no joy not taking on any more installs wanted to buy panasonic mini split from them but without instalation cant buy it need f gas reg number so left in confusion ?? cant buy it because they cant install it .confused at least supply the unit so i can get it installed by another f gas company ?????

I have missed my delivery twice but the manager still helped all the way until I received my unit. Very pleased with it.

I am very happy with the service I received from Basildon ACR. Maj, one of the owners, suggested a local AC fitter called Mariusz, who popped by and confirmed my AC requirements and then suggested some solutions. The Samsung Wind Free solution was cheaper than an earlier Daikin solution I had, and has much better functionality. Delivery was to my door at a date I specified. In addition the fitters were polite, very accommodating to our requests and cleaned up after themselves. All good. No complaints.

Wow, what an excellent company to do business with.

1) Pre-sales - great advice given, which we followed to select a Panasonic nanoe X unit for the surgery. No other company bothered to ask despite including other Panasonic models in their quote.

2) Price - their installed price less than any of the other three quotes we had, Basildon ACR quoted the top of the range mobile, all the other quotes were for the base model and more expensive.

3) Delivery - direct from the manufacturer, almost the next day. Important because the manufacturer knows how best to transport their own products

4) Installation - their engineers turned up on time, installed quickly and cleaned up properly. You couldn't ask for more.

100% recommend this company. So much so we brought a second unit from them, same experience as the first.

Very pleased with yet another great product and reliable service

The gentleman from Basildon ACR who visited to quote was very personable and knowledgible. He explained everything we needed to know to make a decision. When we decided to install AC in only 1 room, he did not seem to mind at all, and within 2 weeks the work booked in and done. Since then the weather is colder, but the heat facility of the unit is excellent as it means we only have to heat the 1 room where I am working from home, instead of heating the whole house. We are going to have more rooms done over the next few months and will definitely be calling Basildon ACR again.

Bought two units - see previous review :

Bought the following units - Mitsubishi SRK25ZSP-W and the Mitsubishi SRK35ZSP-W. Also bought the installation. Went smoothly, the install team were great and cleaned up after themselves. Very friendly team - Thank you Rob, Paul and Martin. The units have been working great and cools the whole house down nicely. Also extremely efficient.

Before buying the units - Basildon ACR, Majid, gave me some very good advice and recommendations for the size of the room. Thank you.
