Fabulous Optician. An extensive selection of designer frames, with first class customer service. Alex is a delight to work with; he is extremely patient and skilled at selecting the right frames, tinted lenses (for me) and ensuring the correct fit. A truly great experience every time. Thank you!

Both my wife (who is wheelchair-bound) and I have now used these opticians for the first time since moving to the Stratford area. We have both found the service excellent. Very friendly and welcoming, with knowledgeable and well-organised staff (mature and sensible, no "wet-behind-the-ears" youngsters, and easy to understand). Good range of very modern equipment, all of which works well. No complaints at all, we would thoroughly recommend. My wife was very impressed - and if my wife is impressed then they really ARE good! (Easy parking right outside too - though beware of the 'loading only' bay, it's not that clearly marked on the road!)

Alex has been incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my latest glasses renewal. He presented me with options for both the lenses and frames. I’ve used them before (since 2017) and fully intend to continue, even though I now live 3hrs away.

Always professional with very clear explanations. Eye testing equipment is exceptionally modern for in depth examinations behind the eyes for eye health. Friendly personnel put you at ease. No question is trivial. Choice of spectacles is amazing. I feel I am gaining best care and advice for my eyes. I feel valued & they always happily adjust my glasses if they get knocked!

I just wanted to say I throughly recommend this company. Very experienced, good selection, but advised me on my wrong prescription from another company. I ended up buying my glasses from somewhere else but they went out their way to be very helpful with advising the other company , now that’s customer service!

Brilliant opticians. Extremely knowledgable, cutting edge testing technology and superb service all round. All the team are wonderful, friendly, very efficient turning things around, super helpful at times of crisis (when old frames broke and I needed an immediate but interim fix for a holiday), honest when it comes to choosing frames which suit, and don't try to upsell products or lenses unnecessarily. Was previously very loyal to opticians in another town but poor service when taken over so moved to Zeiss and shan't change again - best service from an opticians over the last 3 decades of wearing specs!

I visited the shop tonight at 1710 when across the door it says they are open till 1730, I made a special journey.
