Super quick delivery
Super quick delivery, and when I accidentally ordered wrong coloured coffee machine, exchanging to new one was free and very smooth. And again - delivery fast.
Moccamaster coffee machine is 10/10, highly recommend!!!

Consistently Good
Consistently good coffee beans at a very reasonable price with discounts on future purchases through the "Free Beans" system. Very close to dropping the other supplier and going all in with a Barista and Co subscription.
The only improvement that they could make imho would be to send out some sample beans of other blends. I would like to try the decaf for instance and I only need about 36g.
Good selection of coffee related equipment.

good replacement service
I love the all glass coffee jugs B&Co make. I cracked mine and was happy to see I could get a replacement glass for half the price of buying a new jug.

Brew it Stick ….Brilliant product
Brilliant product
I bought the brew it stick nearly 2 years ago , I use it bike packing/ hiking and camping and everyone comments on it .
Amazing bit of kit that I wouldn’t be without and also the fantastic coffee from Barista that I put in it !
I’ve bought 3 more as Christmas presents , which I know they’ll love as much as me.

Lovey shop
Lovey shop, great coffee and friendly
and helpful staff. Took a lot of time to talk me through my coffee and coffee machine choice based on my likes, ability and budget.
When I ordered my coffee beans they kindly contacted the warehouse that day to see if my order could be added to that days roast so I didn’t have to wait a week for great coffee at home! 👍
