quality does not match what is pictured on website
Ordered from the site as Birthday present, the quality of the item that arrived was different to what is pictured on website. We hoping for better as this is marketed as a more "premium" pitcher.
Tried to call, no answer, email very slow to reply, ended up sending item back, never sent a replacement or refund written off as a loss, and purchased from somewhere else.

It took you 2 months to reply to this feedback the return was sent back ironically from the returns label you provided by email see MU878690733GB and you signed for on 17th May 2024 so you should have received it back!

Gorgeous Coffee
First order was for the Coffee Discovery Pack and all three coffees have a lovely taste. Best was Samba Nights Medium Roast, which I have reordered. Highly recommended.

A++ for a coffee snob
I bought my grinder on trust pilot reviews. I love all the grind settings . I think the slimness is a big seller. The removable burrs as well . I read that it can be quite messy , but what grinder isn’t .
I did a problem , they sent another one straight out to me .
