Putting the customer LAST. This company is not to be trusted. I ordered a number of bags of a snack food and was told after I ordered that the item was out of stock. It did arrive about six weeks later, but thinking I must have a box on fresh product, I did not open it right away. When I later opened it and my wife tried the snack, it was terrible - not like when I had ordered from Amazon. I looked at the expiration date and the bag (and several others) expired three days after we received them. Most of the rest expired later the same month, with only four bags that had reasonable expiration dates. When I called to complain with order date, shipping date, arrival date and expiration dates at hand, I was told it was too late to complain about the order and so there was nothing they could do. It was not only order there, but it will be my last. I see now that they are somehow related to Netrition and so I will check that out before ordering from Netrition again as well.
Shifty Thievery
I had a subscription for protein bars, and this company charged my card for them 10 days ago. I checked on shipping this morning and the order on the site said "UNFULFILLED." The customer service person (probably a bot) told me the item was out of stock and they weren't sure when it would be in stock.
My issue is that I had a subscription. If they didn't have the items in stock...don't charge the card. It's unethical to do that, plus there was ZERO communication. Not ok.
I disputed with my credit card and amazingly within hours the order was marked as "fulfilled" and a tracking number printed for the order, however no pickup of the product has happened yet. I contacted BariatricPal again and now they are blaming the shipper, saying "It was picked up but they don't update their systems." Oh ok. Sure. I would have preferred to just cancel the order and get a credit.
I mean...whatever...they just suck. They are obviously gaming the system and/or are disorganized. I'm just pissed that they charged my card knowing that the bars were not there.

Reading all these bad reviews I got kind of worried after I ordered, but everything went perfectly fine. The shipping was really fast and everything came undamaged. I did not have to return anything so I cannot say anything about the return process.
Maybe i was just lucky, i don’t know but my experience with them was great.
This Company is Shady - Beware
This company is shady - I returned an unopened bottle of vitamins, at my own cost, for a refund. They said the bottle was opened when they got it. Bull! They then send me a picture of the vitamins, with the cap off and the clear seal still around it, off the bottle and the silver inside seal lifted up - Scam artists, someone at their company opened the bottle so they would not have to issue a refund to me! Don't buy from them, they don't honor their own refund policy and will try to screw you over.
Horrible Return Process & Customer Service
I wish I didn't have to select any starts, they don't deserve even one. I purchased a 3 month supply of vitamins. They make me vomit and I can not take them. I called to return them and was told they would only issue me a store credit for the one open item and refund for the other as long as they are not opened; I must also pay for return shipping. I have no future plans to ever purchase anything from them and do not want a store credit and I plan to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Further more no one should have to pay to return a product to the sender. Having just had major surgery, vomiting can cause a hernia that would require additional surgery. For a business that is suppose to be about the health of the consumer, they sure don't care about anything other than their own bottom dollar. I will never recommend their products or app to anyone!

My package never arrived order 607893 and usps claimed they delivered it but they obviously delivered it to the wrong house!! I don’t care jf they said it’s correct because I don’t have my package!!! I don’t understand where the empathy and customer service is. Their reps are rude and careful . I’m simply not waiting weeks for a Usps claim!! that is not fair to me as a customer! This is week 2 dealing with them. Bariatric pal tried to act like they were doing me a favor by offering me a replacement when I needed the stuff days prior and had surgery that day so I couldn’t wait for them to screw around. I don’t want to support bariatric pal ever again at this point because this customer service has been the worst ever! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
Horrible customer service
I purchased multivitamins tablets. Several were crushed upon arrival so I arranged for a replacement of the capsules. The representative said that it would be a “one time courtesy” to ship the items back for replacement. This is bad service anyways given their products are guaranteed and it was not my fault that the pills were crushed in the first place. They also let me know that they couldn’t ship the replacements until they receive the order back. A tracking update that the product is being shipped back should be enough confirmation. You shouldn’t cause a customer to have to wait for several days just to get an order shipped out especially when the products are essential to your health. Now I’m stuck without vitamins for several days maybe a couple of weeks because of their mistake. Their company does not seem to be understanding and supportive of their customers and their health. Their guarantee means nothing. Do not order from them if you are looking for a honest company that cares for their customers and their needs.

There was no explanation as to why it is taking a week on a 2 day delivery, but hey, things happen. What is the real kick below the belt was customer service. The contact center not only could not answer why my shipment was taking so long, offering 15% off( huge smack if the face), a request to a manager was declined and landed on Abby F(Manager) would only take emails THEN the rep literally hangs up on me?????? Any way, I hope this helps shed light into the organization you are trusting with your health.

I don't know why I reviewed the site reviews and not other sites such as this. These nasty horse pills multivitamin one and nasty keto cookies. I bought other stuff I haven't tried so I can't speak on it. I pray it's good.
The worst company to deal with
The worst company to deal with. I placed an order 8 days ago and I checked on my order and it showed that there was a DELAY by UPS 4 days into my order. I contacted the company and they did nothing for me and said its out of their control. They were not the easiest company to deal with.

I placed an order for several items and once my order was received, I was missing 2 of the items. I called Bariatric Pal and received no answer to my call. I then used the Online Chat service and spoke with Jin. Jin stated that he/she would send out the missing items. I countered that yes I'd like the missing items, but I'd like written confirmation of this promise via email to ensure that the matter is resolved to my satisfaction. Jin refused to send written confirmation that the missing items would be shipped. I then requested a refund of the charges for the missing items and Jin again promised a refund but refused to provide written confirmation of the refund.
I am now out of the money paid for the 2 missing items and no confidence in this company. They are scam artists. Check their Google Reviews and BBB profile. Missing items and delayed deliveries are a common theme.

If giving ZERO STARS was an option, I would. I had a surgery scheduled for March 6th 2019. When my surgeon left the company to start his own practice, of course I switched with him. I was told numerous times that my refund of $1000 was going to be sent in 6-8 weeks. That was a YEAR ago. They owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to people just like me. People who have worked hard to earn that money and lose all our weight. This company is a joke and straight up thieves. Don’t give your money to them. PERIOD.

Horrible return process
Horrible purchase & return process. All shipping is paid by the buyer and even if you buy expedited shipping it's still DELAYED. Also, the website never captured my info/order and the product pictures are deceiving. The iron patch stated folate when I bought it and the emails I received showed "folic acid" - but after I contacted them - they said it's folate. I can't trust a company that does not have a good return process for customers, hides the ingredients of their vitamins, and has horrible customer service.
Scammed for $6000
I had a surgery scheduled for March 2019, paid them $6000 for the surgery in advance, then I later cancelled the surgery as the surgeon I wanted quit the company. They refuse to send me my refund, aswell as many other people they owe thousands of dollars to. They were saying 6-8 weeks for a refund to be sent out which was ridiculous, but the 6-8 weeks have went by months ago. This whole company is a scam, AVOID them like the plague and go to a better bariatric company in Mexico.

Poor customer service and return policy. They will only let you return something if only 1 serving is missing. Because mine had 5 missing, they would not return my $90 protein powder. No satisfaction guarantee basically. Go to GNC instead!!!
