I had a great experience and store manager was so helpful.

The manager was most helpful in assisting me to select various styles of leather slip-ons to try when my initial selection was unavailable in my size. Finally I was most happy in my choice, whose key features were carefully explained. Friends, unprompted, have also complimented, me on my choice!

While the shoes look great, they fall short on comfort, particularly because the insole lacks adequate cushioning for long hours or all-day wear.

I visited the DFO in Moorabbin, Vic. My wife and I are visiting from Aotearoa (New Zealand). I love shoes and have more than my wife. But I have decided to only purchase new shoes that bring me joy. I had looked at a few shoe shops in Melbourne and none really appealed to me and then I walked into your store. I kid you not, I saw about 5 pairs of shoes that brought me so much joy. Unfortunately, my bank account would only allow for 1 pair. It was a really difficult choice to leave those other shoes (like leaving my kids behind!). You have really great choices in shoes that are different to many of the other stores. The lady that served me was super helpful. My only issue about the store is that you are not in New Zealand! Nau mai, haere mai (welcome, come) to Aotearoa. I will be waiting for you. Longingly.
