Easy drop off car. Good friendly shuttle drivers. Easy to go to Melbourne Airport but no wire connection to Apple car play information at pick up. Poor telephone service. No individual landline connection to branches just in case for emergency. I can add more pros and cons but this is enough now.

Air port Pick up was not great, had to wait for the second Pick up, waiting time was about 40 minutes

Excellent good cars efficient service

I would give this company zero stars if I could.
When I first picked up the car, after only 5 minutes of driving, the low tyre pressure warning came on. I returned immediately and asked for a safe car because I had a child with me. They eventually changed the car.
The bigger problem was returning it. Nobody told me the office opening hours, and the employee told me I could return the car before 11:30. My flight was at 5:30 AM, so I went to return the car, only to find the office closed.
Because of this, I had to book a new flight and pay an extra $376, making the total $664, plus a hotel because the next flight was at 9 PM.I paid 190$
Very poor communication, old cars and terrible service. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Easy check in and out process. Allow the time for airport pickup and drop off.

Nothing was too much trouble and she upgraded me which was a wonderful surprise.

Simplicity of booking, fast east pick up from the airport, seamless pick up and drop off of car. Friendly helpful staff.

Was so pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade to a Toyota Camry from an MG5 at the price point I paid, that was well maintained and gave me the comfortable ride I had through more rural roads :)

The car and service during collection and return was great. We didn't realise that the depot was not actually on the airport site, and required us to get a shuttle bus, which was about a 15 min ride. May be it was us who didn't read the instructions properly. A map showing how to get to the shuttle buses, would have been useful (if there is one we didn't see it). There are signs for the shuttle from the airport, but after 23 hours of flight, the brain doesn't work too well. Nice friendly and helpful people at Bargain Car Rentals, we would use again.

They were affordable compared to others. The cars were clean and modern
Service desks were second to none
We dealt with the Sydney and Melbourne divisions and both quick and professional even when I put in wrong pick up dates omg all in all I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend
