This Company is a NIGHTMARE to say the…

This Company is a NIGHTMARE to say the least. PLEASE buy elsewhere. Their Customer Service is beyond Terrible. They are Rude when you actually are able to get through to someone. Their Spa Product is beyond Terrible. Mine was delivered broken and its been almost 3 months and no response and no fix. The father /son sales team is nothing short of a scam. Besides being delivered broken they said the product does not need chemicals which was a total lie. This was the worst purchase of my life. The government should step in and shut them down for good. In doing research This company has shut down and reopened under a new name several times. PLEASE stay away at all cost.

We were having an issue with spa cover…

We were having an issue with spa cover that came with our new 8x8 Barefoot fitness spa, purchased 6/29/24. Was wrong size and damaged. On 7-24-24 Richard Perkinson delivered the correct fitness spa cover. Richard was very professional, called us 30 minutes before he came. Very Good Customer Service.

Do Not Buy from this company!!!

I purchased this hot tub in March of 2021 at a Hot Tub Blowout Sale in Binghamton, NY. It was delivered in August of 2021 and had all the electricity and water delivered in September. In February of 2022, the heater went bad in it. Called to report my issue and they contacted one of their techs to come and look at it. It took over a month before he could get there. After fixing that problem in April, it worked until March of 2023 when the Ozone started leaking. I called again, which is like pulling teeth to get someone to answer the phone and even after leaving several messages and no call backs. In May I was finally able to get through to someone after calling pretty much everyday for 2 months, NO JOKE!!! I spoke with Anthony and he informed me that the Ozone was not under warranty and that I was responsible for the $600 part. So 18 months in, I have had two major issues. I was finally able to get the Ozone in September of 2023. Had it installed and sure enough in February 2024, the Ozone started leaking again, which basically empties the hot tub. I tried calling several times over the next couple of days and once again no one would answer. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone to explain the situation. I talked to Mari about my situation and after putting me on a brief hold, she came back and told me that they do not have warranties on parts and that I would be responsible for the $600 part once again. I literally could not believe what I just heard.

To sum this up, I would not purchase a Hot Tub from this company. Their customer service is well below par, the quality of product they are putting out is not great and they definitely do not stand behind their product. I would stay away from this company at all costs. Buy local even if it costs a little more because it will save you a lot of headache and most likely will receive much better customer service than here. I wish I would of spent my $12,500 somewhere else and not this place.

We were in the process of looking for a…

We were in the process of looking for a new hot tub. We went to Fredericksburg VA blow out sale. The staff was great and very knowledgeable about the tubs. We purchased one and was told delivery would be 2 to 3 weeks. I received a a call in 2 weeks to go over the where the hot tub was going. Was told they had 1 more local show and would call me back the following week to set up delivery date. I received a second call the following week with a delivery date, and was told the delivery guy would get with me on the time for delivery. We scheduled for mid morning, due to thunderstorms in the area he reached back out to me and said the crew was going to still deliver but was starting later. The day of the delivery, the crew reached out and gave us an estimate time. They showed up, unloaded the tub and placed it where we wanted it. They were in and out in 10 minutes. They were very respectful and would definitely recommend them and will do business with them again.

I couldn’t be more happy with my…

I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. The entire buying process was informational and easy. Jason and his staff did an amazing job answering all the questions we had. He even gave me his cell phone number in case I ever had any other questions. After our swim spa was delivered and hooked up, we had some trouble with getting it running so I reached out to Jason who helped put me in touch with a technician who could help. The technician Chris was also great. I can’t say enough about his level of customer service. He went above and beyond. He helped walk us and our electrician through the set up on a Saturday evening at that all while he was off that day! I highly recommend Bare Foot Spas.

Why did it take more than 3 weeks to…

Why did it take more than 3 weeks to get my order of spa shock? I ordered off the web site and called after 10 days. It was told it would go out that day and it took another 10 plus days. This is the second order I have done from the website. Last oder was spa filter which I have to do as it is a special size. It also took over 2 weeks.

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a spa about 15 months ago. The purchasing experience was great. Less than a year later I sent pictures of my head/neck rests because they are peeling and flaking and falling apart. They claim it is because of improper chemicals and refused to send me new head rests. BTW, the barefoot spa I have is supposed to be a chemical free system. So, I stopped that fight and ordered new head/neck rests from the website. On the website, only the small was labeled as out of stock. I am more than 30 days since the order has been placed and still have not received my order. The company has not reached out to me at all to tell me that the head rests are not in stock and waiting on shipment from the manufacturer. I called again and the customer service lady was very rude and not willing to help when I asked for consideration for their delays. She actually hung up on me and could care less to help me out other than telling me that they are on order and there is no ETA for them at the warehouse. I am no trying to seek formal consideration for their delays and lack of professionalism.

Lids off in shipment

2nd time I ordered the shock and the lids were off and lost shock. This shipment 2 of the lids came off and lost the shock. I sent an email to customer service and to the order e-mail and never heard back. I even stated that the UPS driver marked the shipment as spilled contents.

The product is fine; but....

The product is fine. The shipping is too expensive (and you HAVE to used UPS), and takes WAY too long. I live 4 miles from the company address, and the item took almost 2 weeks to get to me. I'd rather pick it up (which currently is not an option.)

Very unhappy with this purchase

Very unhappy with this purchase. Within months of delivery the low pump kept locking up. When it would not release they sent a technician who replaced the spa pack. We purchased in March 23, spa pack took a month to get and was finally replaced in August 23. Same issue started occurring in March of 24. Locked up completely in May and was told by customer service that it would be $150 to send tech out and that the part was no longer covered even though their warranty states 5 years on electrical equipment. Was told parts only covered for a year. This replaced part didn't even last a year. This is my 6th hot tub and my husband and I both DEEPLY regret this purchase. Worst hot tub EVER!!!!
