Bad customer service

Unfortunately, my experience with this host was very disappointing.

After booking, I received very few responses and was repeatedly directed to another website instead of getting a confirmation.

A full day later, I was finally told that the apartment was no longer available and was offered a much more expensive alternative higher than the original price.

This was a huge waste of time, and it’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. If I could give 0 stars for the service, I would.
