I've owned my Baratza Encore for years now and have always been quite satisfied with the job it does for me. When I finally did have an issue with it, I called them and explained it to the lady that answered the phone and she immediately knew what the cause was and named the parts I needed and when I asked how much those would cost her answer that they would be free surprised me. A few days later I received them and the replacement was easy and it's back to grinding like new! Thank you SO much!

Background broken ring burr holder foe encore esp bought 25 nov 2025.
Raised ticket on 23rd of March through sage who supplied the appliance.After Several phone calls that week found that the ticket had been forwarded to wrong dept on Baratza.
Eventually Baratza Support contacted me to say part ordered. Part finally arrived 27th April (over a month without grinder) due to no stock in UK. Find it bewildering that a part that is supposed to break to protect machine is not kept in large quantities. Not acceptable to be without a product for a month only owned for 5 months.

Amazing grinder and amazing customer service. I've had the Vario W for 12 years. It started making some noise, and for some time it hasn't been grinding that great. It paid it's dues and was a great machine. I decided to contact support telling them what was wrong. They told me exactly what to replace, sent me videos, sent the parts. Now it's back to running like new! It is rare these days for a product to be made so incredibly well, with customer service to support it well past the warranty.

Y’all are very quick to respond to emails. You’re encouraging of me fixing the product myself which is rare, then you send me the part for free to fix it even though I’m sure my grinder is well past the official warranty time. I really haven’t encountered any other companies that are this dedicated to helping the customer solve the issue and not just suggest “buy a new one.” Would give you 10 stars honestly.

GREAT customer service A++. Had an issue w/ my coffee grinder that is 3yrs past the warranty period. Nonetheless, the customer support person was SUPER helpful and provided tutorial videos on how to DIY repair and also provided a replacement part.

My 30 day old Encore grinder stopped working. The small white wheel wore out. I contacted Customer Service and they said they would send me a new one. I received it almost 2 weeks later. I feel they should've sent it way faster.. My 150$ grinder was not able to be used for almost a month! I had to buy an inexpensive one to get by! They should've used FedEx or UPS instead of USPS!!

This company has amazing customer service. I have an older Baratza grinder that needed repair to the burr and carrier parts. Turns out this item was purchase 26 years ago. I upgraded the burr first and purchased other associated damaged parts in another order. Company reps assisted with diagnosing and securing installation details. The grinder works better than ever. i was so impressed they worked so hard to keep me with my grinder. if i were forced to replace it i may have bought another one, or i may have shopped this elsewhere. They retained me for life.
