Stellar Customer Service

Lerato Mathebula was terrific in their knowledge and ability to help me troubleshoot the issue. Their customer service and honesty was stellar and rare to find in this day. Really hands-on troubleshooting…

Really hands-on troubleshooting assistance simply by exchanging pictures and repair guides via email. Next day response. They sent me the replacement part at no charge during the warranty period. Simple installation by just following the guide.

Take Vacation and Hope for a Call Back

Was efficiently referred to Tier 2 support.

However, the call back occurred at some random time - no time frame set. I left a message requesting a call back window. No response.

I - like many - cannot take a day off hoping Baratza tech support might call some day at some time.

Seems the performance goal is set for % called backed, not service quality / customer satisfaction

Good customer service and support on grinder

Had a good experience with needing a new part for my baratza 270 grinder. It's a know issue they completely took care of it at no charge was were easy to work with. It's a great company and with awesome product support. Thank you 👍
