I ordered two Baofeng UV-25S radios and…
I ordered two Baofeng UV-25S radios and requested a return well within the UK statutory return window. The radios are unused and still in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, the returns process has been very frustrating. Baofeng asked me to clear the settings on the radios, even though they have not been used, and then asked me to send photos, which I provided. Despite this, I was told that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself because the product “doesn’t meet expectations.”
I do not find this acceptable. As a customer returning unused items promptly, I expected a straightforward return process and a full refund to my original payment method. Instead, I have been told to cover the return label myself, and I was offered a €30 partial refund to keep the products rather than being provided with a proper return solution.
The overall experience has been disappointing and unnecessarily difficult. I would caution other UK customers to check the returns process very carefully before ordering, especially if you expect a simple return and refund if the product is not suitable.

I am writing to share my experience with Baofeng thus far with respect to research, products, and service.
Researching your products was very interesting. My initial source of information was YouTube. After filtering through some videos I experienced a common theme in that your radios are generally a good product at a fair price. Please know there are some very good videos out there that are honest, informative and shared pros and cons. I then focused my interest to 3 types of radios the UV 25 Plus, K5 Plus and UV5G Plus GMRS. I then started looking on various sites that sold these products and read through the descriptions. Most are good but there were some mistakes Went to Baofeng website for product source information and had a good experience navigating your site.
To date aI have purchased the UV 25Plus, K5 Plus and the UV 5G Pius GMRS radios So far I am very pleased with these products. Operational heads up, the research mentioned above has made operating the radios easy and fun. I am looking forwarding to developing a thorough knowledge of these products
I have had communication with your support department via email and please know the service provided was outstanding! This positive, professional and pleasant experience with your support department makes me confident that in the future if I have any questions or concerns we can work together to resolve and issues.
In closing, I wish express my gratitude to all at Baofeng who have contributed to my wonderful experience thus far.

My initial order was placed and processe3d quickly and with ease. Product was received in a timely manner, with the exception of being minus 1 radio. I contacted customer service by email and was promptly replied to, issue was explained and packaging data given to customer service. Within a short time I received information on tracking and after visiting my postal branch, it was verified as the package was lost. Replacement was shipped to me in a timely manner. Thank you for your prompt service.

I currently own four Baofeng radios a UV-25 Plus, a UV-28 Plus, and a recently purchased pair of DM-32UVs and I couldn’t be happier with them. The build quality across Baofeng’s lineup has been outstanding, and I’ve consistently been impressed by how responsive and helpful your customer service team is.
I recently made a small ordering mistake and accidentally purchased a set of UV-32s instead of the DM-32UVs I originally intended to order. When I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding, making the entire situation completely stress free.
Baofeng truly stands behind their products and customers. I give their customer service a 10 out of 10!

Awesome customer service! I ordered a 6-pack and two arrived with malfunctioning speakers. I emailed the company and they responded almost immediately. Took a few videos and sent them over and they shipped me two new ones, easy peezy. Honestly about the most productive experience I have ever had with a customer service team, I will definitely be looking at Baofeng in the future for communication equipment.

Purchased a DM-32 UV from Baofengradio, it shipped quickly and was exactly what I ordered.
Unfortunately I had an issue with the keypad and initiated a return/exchange. Olivia with Baofengradio customer support was professional, and got my radio exchanged and back at my doorstep quickly.
