Terribly buggy and slow service

Terribly buggy and slow service. I wasted a lot of time but couldn't even fully register. They don't accept water bills as proof of address as specified.

Banxe didn’t return my money

I am disappointed with your service. I sent a wire transfer of $50 to my account. Since the wire fee is $150, I was promised the payment would be rejected, but this was not done. I couldn’t get my money back, nor can I deposit it into my account. Customer support responds quickly, but there is no effective resolution for the client. Moreover, to close the account, I still have to pay 20 euros — this is unreasonable. The price of the services does not match their quality. I don't recommend it.

I became a client of Banxe and opened…

I became a client of Banxe and opened an account in september. Atr first it was difficult to understand for me how to use mobile banking version. I appreciated the support of the service. The managers explained me politely and quickly how to make money transfer. In general it is convenient to use banxe account because there are two in one a fiat and a crypto wallet! I am satisfied with everything and I will continue to use the service.

Looks and acts like true scam

Pure scam. Very buggy and poor app.
Once you opened an account, you will be asked for another KYC for crypto, which duplicates the main KYC but done by other provider. That KYC has buggy algorithms and does not accept phone photos (I've tried a lot of options, it is always rejected as 'edited'). The support suggests nothing but to repeat the same. But the thing is that you may not know of 2nd KYC requirement until you want to withdraw fiat. After failing 2nd KYC due to bugs, you have no options to withdraw your crypto. Beware. Even if this 'bank' is functional, the amount of bugs and the lack of competence is overwhelming, you will lose a lot of time as well.

Ive been using Banxe for a while for…

Ive been using Banxe for a while for myself. Its just really reliable, like the alarm clock on my phone pr smth. It was always work. When i started a little web development business, I started using Banxe there as well the deal with crypto coming in and out. My accountant uses Xero(some bookkeeping software), and he said it's very good that Banxe integrates with it

Nightmare

Banxe.com? More like a nightmare of a banking experience. The user interface is a total mess – it's confusing and missing basic features. Can you believe there's no easy way to export statements? And don't get me started on making payments. It's a ridiculous process filled with unnecessary fields, making every transaction a pain.

But the real kicker is their compliance team. Absolute nightmare! They're like overbearing gatekeepers turning simple banking tasks into endless headaches. Honestly, it's like they're actively trying to make the experience as frustrating as possible.

Regarding payment processes, all required fields are standard and necessary for transaction completion. Our compliance practices strictly adhere to regulatory demands, ensuring we never ask for irrelevant information.

It's important to remember that payment processing sometimes involves multiple parties, like correspondent banks, which might lead to delays. Our team is always ready to assist with any inquiries, available through chat, email, and even video calls.

Lastly, please note the slight delays in account openings and payment processing during the holiday season, specifically Dec 25-26 and Jan 1-2, as previously communicated to our clients. We recommend considering this for your future banking needs.

No good experience

Hi all. Here is my sad experience with this bank.
Just "disappeared" my money.
I credited the money to my account in this bank, and then tried to buy USDT. Money (euro) instantly disappeared and USDT did not appear. Technical support is silent or knows nothing, there is no money :)
I also haven't received any confirmation to e-mail of the transaction and nothing is shown on the site. Just lost my money. I do NOT recommend using this financial company. And of course, I will file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authorities.

I myself contacted (with difficulty) the support service and asked the question, where is my money? Secondly: bank representatives write that my review is "misleading." Hey guys, where's my money? :). You still haven't returned them. And where am I "misleading"?

NBB.Fresh addition. It's been 4 days already. The funny guys from this "bank" still haven't given me my money. Moreover, they just deleted my account, apparently. I now do not have access to my account - it is not authorized. My error excluded: I have no debts, a clean account, no violations, everything is fine with the KYC, I work from the same computer and so on :). What is it - petty theft, "technical problems" or revenge for the review? We'll find out soon.But it's a terrific negative experience anyway.

Amazing and transparent bank

Im using this bank from more than an year, never had a problem, I try several bank, but Im very happy to discovered banxe, I love it, its a complete bank with crypto service, very low fee exchanging Fiat to crypto and crypto to Fiat, deposit via sepa its very fast, withdrawing crypto also and the fee is very low, cant wait for the app to be online, the support response very fast, or trough the account or on telegram, I reccomend it to everyone, thanks banxe and sorry for my bad English 😊
