Great service from the team at banner department from the ensuring we were 100% happy with the design before work had started on it and adjusting designs to make sure it fit within our budget, to excellent quality and material for the banner itself.

We contacted Banner Dept. in the hope of bringing our fondness for the Lake District into our wedding decor - and we could not have been happier! The design was brilliant on the first go, merging our inspirations and reference images beautifully to create a gorgeous backdrop to sit behind our sweetheart table. We received amazing customer service, and are now the proud owners of a stunning handcrafted momento to cherish for years to come.

I think it's a great product loved the outcome and the customer service was good. It's quite expensive though but maybe that's due to labour/ material costs ? Would of marked as 5* and ordered a 2nd If more affordable

Great communication over the busy Christmas period. I am quite disappointed in the quality of the fabric if I’m honest. I was expecting the felt to be thicker and higher quality for the price, especially when the ‘DIY banner’ is not ready assembled (they do mention this in the website). I feel this should be priced lower OR the letter / design should come ready printed on the banner.

Amazing process from start to finish, we love the banner and the comms and everything before hand were first class, super happy with what we've got and would 100% reccomend.

This is the second time I have returned to make a bespoke order from the banner department, and just like the first time they have once again produced me a beautifully made banner, very true to my original sketch of what I wanted, and made with great care, skill and quality. I’m very pleased and proud to hang it in my studio, and I’m already thinking of the next one!
