Awesome service. I highly recommend them they took that extra step to redo my design since i uploaded wrong file but they got back to me to adjust it. I approved it and I can’t am for more. Woodylot ... order and installed 3 months later 4 letters failed, took weeks to get a warranty on it, you were only giving me a 20% discount on the next order not until I threatened to go to the ACCC did you then reprint them. They arrived but the font is slightly different, also the plastic that the LED sits in is a different colour to the original, original was opaque this lot is clear. Not very happy with the customer service I have received.

Don't go near this mob if you want to get a product
I order my banner way back on the 9th of June and still today no banner has arrived and just get zero satisfaction from them, all they seem to want to do id delay, blame and duck doing anything. They claim to be Australia based but that is just a front, they are no more Australian based than Temu, and frankly Temu is better and service and getting items to you on time if not early. If I could I would be giving zero stars

Really happy with bannerbuzz australia. Needed some circle pop put banners urgently and was worried about the timeline, but then one of my friend informed me about this site. I ordered a 3x3 custom canopy after…
I ordered a 3x3 custom canopy after specifically confirming (in writing) that it would fit my existing OzTrail frame. Based on their advice, I went ahead with the purchase. When the canopy arrived, it didn’t fit at all. What followed was a long and frustrating process of back-and-forth communication. I had to repeatedly provide proof of what I’d been told before they finally agreed to a refund. The process took far longer than it should have and caused unnecessary stress.
At no stage was I told that their canopies are designed to suit only their own frames. In fact, their customer enquiry team clearly told me in writing the opposite. This is critical information that should be disclosed upfront to avoid misleading customers. Because of this incorrect advice, I am now significantly out of pocket. I’ve since been told I would need to purchase their frame (over $700), making this far more expensive than if I had simply been given the correct information from the start. I have had to order thier frame now at my cost after thier mistake. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Incorrect advice, lack of transparency, and a drawn-out refund process that has left me both frustrated and financially impacted.
Note - in response to this review I have had call say they do not have my email and I need to call back. Tried but no response.
