There are frequent errors w my orders
There are frequent errors w my orders. W the most recent one, the mini rodini beanies with chin straps didn’t arrive - just regular beanies without straps. The previous order to that, size 12 sweater came instead of size 10. Just seems to be a lot of errors and I just let them rest due to the hassle w international returns. Customer service is also sub par in following up or providing adequate apologies for the errors. I come back for certain selections in brands, but am finding competitive online stores such as Mytheresa much more attractive in service accuracy and customer service.

Dissapointed
I`ve ordered several time. But this is the first time I purchase something and I`ve waited 2 weeks and
haven't received a notification about the package being posted. I wrote to them and I got an email saying that those items are quite popular so I have to wait till they are back in stock. Which is absurd to me because otherwise don’t have them on sale. Usually shipping is super fast, 2-4 days. But not this time. I asked refund or my items, but didnˇt get any answer or refund. I`m dissapointed.

missing items on large orders
I have two separate orders, one has 41 items, but I am missing 8 items. The other order has 22 items, but i am missing 13 items. They cant handle large orders and its a mess! They usually deliver the entire order but for some reason they broke out the shipment and referenced order numbers I dont recognize. There is no update as to the status of the ither items not shipped.

Dirty box and too long shipping.
This is the second time I purchase something and then I get an email saying that those items are quite popular so I have to wait till they are back in stock. Which is absurd to me because otherwise don’t have them on sale. Usually shipping is super fast. But not the last two times. Also, the box is dirty which is not very appealing. I’m expecting more from you guys, since everything is quite expensive, and I’ve been a customer for over 4 years.
