I'm sorry to write a bad review, but I received a necklace that looks like it has already been worn, the gold plating is missing in some places and on the pendants, as if after being worn. Even the locking hooks are loose as after long use. I was very sorry to receive an item in these conditions :(( it was my firs order so no good at all

The shipment never arrived and customer service only responds to trivial questions and vanished when asked about critical issues like where's the shipment

We have shopped at Bambini for many years. But lately I've been noticing FAKE prices.
Today I came across a children's dress discounted from 2000 euro to 1000 euro, the real price of the dress at the merchant was 200 euro.
Bambini e-shop steals, don't buy any clothes here, or check with a real seller first.

I was pleased with the quality of the clothes and the delivery was fast . Would order again.

I have ordered a dress and never got it. In my account it is showing completed but nor I got tracking number nor my parcel. Their customer service is not responding to email or call. I don’t know how to solve this situation.

In past was ok with the orders..
NOW.. NOBODY UNSWER TO PHONE OR EMAYLS.. AND NO DISPACHED TO MY ORDER FROM LAST WEEK..
BUT NEXT WEEK I WILL MAKE A VISIT WITH POLICE TO THEYR ADRESS.. because liers are not alowed to sel products for children !

My return was never issued. I had to chase the shop with multiple emails and threat with legal actions. It took them 2 months to issue a return but unfortunately for only half of the returned items. Due to the lump sum discount policy no transparency on which item is priced at which level which makes it difficult to understand the return amount value… very very bad experience

after I opened the package and my daughter put it on I saw it right away. indeed a broken dress for which I paid €75! I immediately took pictures and videos and have been writing them since yesterday. Today Ebere responded. She says return at the customer's expense. I will not accept that. I want my full amount back, otherwise I am inclined to return everything and I will certainly inform my Mastercard company about this. the prices are also thrown up and then they pretend that there is a discount, but that is absolutely not true. I see that in my shopping cart. They increase the amounts and then there is a 70% discount :)) people cheat. I will never place an order again! and please do not send me 15 x e-mails a day. stop now! I have unsubscribed and I still receive e-mails from you.

I bought something a few years ago but since that point I get spammed every day with a ton of emails. Nothing helps to stop it. I informed the company, unsubscribed, blocked etc but the spam is coming every day over years…

Watch out for this company. Charged for sending back return to Austria! Also hard to get hold of...

Super fast delivery wasn’t expecting my order till Monday and it arrived yesterday thank you for yet another beautiful outfit definitely will shop again .

I love their choices but only shop their outlet because their prices are much higher than other kids apps/websites. Not by a little, by A LOT. Usually double or triple. Lelli Kelly shoes were 70£ and on Bambini fashion $200

I received a garment for my granddaughter’s birthday which after I’d given it to her we discovered a hole in the hood. After sending a photograph to Bambini, this problem has not been sorted out, despite a representative contacting me in acknowledgment of the problem. So disappointing as I’ve purchased some lovely garments over the years and they’re not cheap.

Good range but they price everything WAY higher than retail so when you apply their fake discount codes it seems cheaper. before buying make sure you can't get the items anywhere cheaper. i've seen, what i usually buy, Boss polo shirts for €60-70 retail on any website even the high designer websites like flannels, farfetch etc and on bambino they got it for €200. even with the discount it's still more than the retail prices! I've got a couple of items actually cheaper than retail but you have to do research and make sure the items aren't cheaper elsewhere. They never stop email you, especially with their little fake discounts which are technically useless because even after you've applied it, it's still more expensive than another store
