Beautiful restaurant but unfriendly staff. Won't be going again.

Why would I risk being trolled on social media if I dared to complain.

Great environment with unique decor and warm, calm atmosphere.

The food was excellent although quite expensive.

I've given it one star because instead of inviting me to add a tip to the payment terminal, which is the usual method, I was asked publicly in front of my friends and colleges if I wanted to add a tip and how much.

This felt to me like a deliberate tactic to extract as much of a tip as possible on top an an already very expensive bill. I would have tipped anyway (in spite of the fact that to get the bill we had to to work quite hard to break up three waiters talking in a group who were oblivious to their customers) because to say no or to challenge their customer service style or not to tip generously would have been embarrassing.

For all it's qualities I felt that they let themselves down and damaged the opportunity for repeat business, especially corporate business with this approach.

For all it's qualities I left the restaurant feeling extremely disappointed at this manipulative attitude.
