Looks great, nice quality watch and arrived quickly. Only thing I will say is that the lume is nowhere near as bright as on photos, it's very hard to see even after 'charging' it with a sun lamp for a day.

Hi, because I wanted to actually see the watches in my hand, I ordered 3 with intention to return 2.
I found the communications with Baltany dreadful over the 2 weeks I communicated with Baltany. Very slow responses and never answering the telephone, which caused me concerns.
I am very pleased with my Retro Pilots Watch but have a niggling concern that if I have to contact again for any reasons, communication response will be bad.

Great watch for the price , comfortable, and gets noticed all the time time .

I recently took receipt of my diver watch. Really like the quality feel of the watch and the way it was presented. Thank you very much.

Not happy with the watch.Paying by Kalara with 3 payments,I have tried getting in touch with Baltany on how to return the watch & order a different one but all you get is a recorded message.I have left my number for them to get in touch with me but nothing so I would not recommend this company.

Great service and even better quality, I was a bit sceptical but honesty couldn’t be happier. Well made, looks good, wears well, as in it is comfortable and so far keeps excellent time.

Good product and delivery time

I have purchased three other Baltany watches previously so was aware of the build quality and finish.
Always highly recommend them to friends and on social media (@macdonc)

I’ve ordered an item from these guys on the 14/12/2024, on their site they claim they’ll deliver with in 3-5 working days. When I received my purchase confirmation email it said it’ll be delivered in 3-15 days. still, it was never delivered. Not only that, but I wasn’t even sent a tracking number nor an email informing me that the order was on its way.

Tried to get in touch by email, but they sent me a review request for an item that I’ve never received. Emailed them again to inquire and they sent me a tracking link to the Royal Mail website to show that the item was delivered. Where it was delivered, no-one knows. No photo evidence or who signed for it. Emailed, called again and left a voicemail but to no avail. Today’s the 7/1/25 no watch yet, and no communication from then.

Please stay away from these guys and safe yourself a lot of hassle. That’s just my personal experience. I’ll get my money back , and I’ll never ever buy anything nor will I recommend them for anyone.
