Be really careful with this company. I ordered 3×1kg coffee and I received only 2kg. I am trying to get in contact with them for tree days ,but not a luck. I will not recommend to my friends. I still haven't try the coffee ,but costumer service is awful. You can't get in touch with real person only AI.

I’ve tried quite a few ethical/chemical free coffees for espresso and I’m really liking Balance flavour. Got off to a rocky start with problems with my espresso machine but Balance adjusted the grind and sent me another packet free of charge!! Great customer service. Great coffee. Great company.

I cannot fault the customer service I have received from the Balance coffee team.
My order arrived and unfortunately the coffee had spilt out during the delivery.
I was very much looking forward to trying the coffee and asked if there was a chance of a replacement.
They responded very quickly and they were apologetic. They offered a new pack and also a bonus to go with it!
I highly recommend Balance Coffee, not just for the coffee but for the friendly and helpful team 👌🏼 it was a nice change to have such great customer service.

Really unusual and intriguing range of coffees - I was looking for a special gift for someone who pretty much has everything they need or the ability to buy it. However I know they enjoy both an espresso after dinner and a noisette in the morning but are unlikely to try a coffee brand outside of their normal choices, so Balance was ideal.

Balance coffee tastes amazing, I have tried various ones and they are all delicious.
Customer service is fantastic, I had an issue with the grind as it wouldn't work in my espresso machine. I contacted customer service and they offered and advice and sent me out a free bag of coffee to try that was a different grind and it works great in my machine. I highly recommend Balance coffee.

Was very unimpressed. I purchased a few packs as a Christmas present. I did not subscribe yet received more in the post and had the money removed from my bank account not once but twice and that was after I contacted to ask them not to send more which I was told would not happen. I have asked yet again for them to cease sending coffee , got same reply as before so it will be interesting to see if they actually have listened this time.🤬

Excellent coffee - the smoothest strong coffee I've tasted. And following a recent problem (self-inflicted) with my subscription, great customer service, too.

Honestly the best and cleanest coffee you will ever have! The Darkfire is the perfect dark roast and leaves a lovely aftertaste in the mouth. I have tried Mindfull and exhale and they are no where near as flavoursome. Will only be ordering from Balance from now on, thank you

My wife and I are pretty fussy where coffee is concerned, but the stability coffee blend is delicious, and being 100% arabica doesn’t leave the drinker with jitters. The customer service I have had from Balance has also generally been good. Would recommend.

Deliciously fresh speciality coffee. I have also began using the mushroom elixirs which have been a god send. The lion's mane is a game changer in the morning and really helps with my focus. In the evening I pop some reishi in my herbal tea and it really helps me wind down ready for bed.
