Sent off for some samples which arrived super quick. One of the tiles was damaged in transit, but no real loss as I am just checking for colour match. The style and quality is just what I’m looking for. But now the hard part comes……which option to go for.

So far I have only ordered samples, but they are beautiful. They were promptly delivered and very well packaged. I will defiantly be installing them in our shower room renovation later this year and our main Bathroom when we get to it next year. The quality and feel is fabulous, I'm excited to see them laid.

I ordered the “Las Ramblas Dotti” ceramic tiles and was extremely impressed. The delivery was smooth and timely. I liked being able to confirm the date over email with an employee. Tiles safely packed and none broken. I hadn’t ordered a sample but the tiles were exactly as shown on the website, colour wise. 110% will be using The Baked Tile Co again for my next project. Thank you!

They have the most excellent customer service, going above and beyond to be helpful and keep you updated. Great selection of tiles that look fantastic. The Zellige tiles are beautiful. Just an fyi that the patterned tiles are printed on, not painted, so get a sample first before you buy.

Packaging from their warehouse was dreadful and apologies did not explain why - but put the blame on the courier who tried to help .

I found the Baked Tile Company after a last minute scramble for some Eastern looking pattern tiles as the ones I'd ordered from another company were delayed and wouldn't arrive in time for our patio to be laid. I thought it was a massive long shot to try and order these tiles at the last minute but everything worked out beyond my wildest expectations! I phoned up and spoke to some lovely ladies who were able to get my order shipped out to me in record time, and the tiles themselves are even more beautiful in the flesh and my patio looks incredible as a result. Amazing customer service, beautiful and well sourced tiles that no one else has in stock - I would gladly buy all my tiles from here in future. A cut above! 😍

Beautiful tiles, couldn't find similar anywhere else as they had to be heat proof also for around our fireplace.

I love your tile selection. It so unusual and so many choices.
I found it very difficlut to choose my tiles based on the size of your samples.
I would have prefferred to have had a quick chat over the phone to ask a few questions. I had to wait for an appoinment online.
I order 20 30mmx30mm tiles for three areas in my kitchen and some accent tiles. They arrived on a massive pallet and I was charged over £50 for this privelidge. My order was three small (but fairly heavy) packages) I would have really appreciated the delivery company taking the pallet away with them once they'd left my small delivery on my drive, seeing as i had paid so much to have them delivered. The other tile company that I used (Claybrooks) did not charge anything for delivery and when I was five tiles short they even sent this tiny order out free of delivery charge. I now have to somehow get rid of a massive pallet!!
