My experience with Bajaj Finance has been very disappointing. My OD account was suspended within just six months without any clear explanation or prior communication.
Customer support has been extremely difficult to reach. Most calls are handled through an IVR system, making it nearly impossible to speak with a representative. In addition, my emails have gone unanswered, and I have received no satisfactory response regarding my concerns.
The lack of communication, transparency, and customer support has been very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bajaj Finance for any type of loan or credit facility. I expected better service and a more professional approach to resolving customer issues. Bajaj Finance should improve its customer support and communication processes to provide a better customer experience.
