Calgary - Great Service and decent Quality
This is for Bath Depot Calgary. Sukham was very patient and informative during the multiple visits we made to the store as I was very selective and particular about what we wanted. I ended up calling in the order, paying through a digital platform and he made sure the order was correct via emails. I picked up my order as per the a delivery scheduled date, and he helped load it into the van. The shower unit, vanity, and shower glass panel was quite decent quality. We ordered a glass sink for a separate vanity ordered elsewhere. Unfortunately it didn't fit when it came to installation 2 months later when the renovation was completed. That's the risk you take when you design an plan your own bathroom. Value for money, I think the quality is quite good. I always want to make sure when service and/or products meet expectations folks are recognized for this. Thank you Sukham
The worst possible experience
The worst possible experience I have had trying to buy and return an item. Placed an order for 2 toilets in early February was told they would arrive in a week. Then told it would arrive the following week. Then told it was on back order and wouldn't arrive for another month. Obviously waiting almost 2 months for toilets is not acceptable so I requested to cancel and refund the order. After 2 weeks I still have no refund. Mind you I placed this order over the phone with an associate and paid via e transfer. They received the money instantly. As for the refund??? I have had to have over 4 calls with both the store and Head Office for them to understand I needed the order cancelled. Now they claim to have processed the refund and I need to accept the e transfer on my end. There is NO e transfer email. I advised them of that. They continue to give me the run around about checking my junk or spam for the email. The e transfer was not received! Then customer service tells me an e transfer takes up to 7 business days to be deposited. E transfers are instant so this is another problem. Now when I look at my refund status it is no longer 'issued' but it is back to 'processing'. I've never seen anything like this. Do not recommend.

purchased one and got one 'replacement' which both broke (in the same way as the other items) - then told basically that they don't care and they are not warrateed any more so go away (after months and months of calls , visits to store (told they can't help) and emails

Purchase Experience and Lessons Learned
We recently purchased four dual-flush KIOO Elongated - Milano (TD0105-WH) toilets from Bath Depot. The size and sleek design of these toilets fit our needs well, providing a modern look and accommodating the available space.
Despite the positive aspects of their appearance and size, these toilets have not met expectations regarding their tornado siphonic flush performance. In practice, the siphon mechanism is ineffective, often requiring us to flush twice to clear the bowl of solid waste. This ongoing issue undermines the intended benefit of water efficiency that dual-flush toilets are supposed to provide.
Regrettably, the American Standard toilets we previously owned offered exceptional performance. However, they were two-piece models and somewhat too large for the installation space, which ultimately led us to seek alternatives.
Looking ahead, we will choose only name-brand products that are tried, true, and tested, especially when it comes to toilets. Through this experience, it has become clear that while appearance is an important consideration, performance is the most crucial factor. Selecting reputable brands will provide greater reliability and satisfaction in future purchases.
Horrible Customer Service and Terrible Product
Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered a shower stall kit from Bath Depot and it sat unopened in the box for a couple weeks as I was waiting for help with installation. The same shower was reduced in price and I reached out to inquire about a price match/refund as it was still unopened and within the return timeframe. After arguing about the 14 day price match policy I was told an exception would be made and I would recieve a credit within a few days. This never came. I emailed to inquire and was told it was outside the 14 days (even though I was already told an exception was made). Extremely disappointed in this response as an agreement was made and not followed through with. Additionally, this shower was very expensive for cheap plastic and terrible screws that were not even usable. Not only did they not credit me but the shower leaks and is a piece of garbage. Do NOT waste your money and buy from here. Would expect better from a Canadian owned company.
Super Service
Bath depot in London were extremely helpful in securing new sink drain caps as we had an issue with the paint chipping. We bought taps, bathtub, shower, and stone shower floor a couple of years ago and today they are all in great condition. We use only the recommended products to clean and have no maintenance issues. Very happy with the service and products.
Refund Trouble
In August 2025 I purchased a 60 inch glass shower with base and shower I then went on to purchase two vanities for my bathroom renovation. The delivery of these items arrived on the promised date. I decided to also purchase a set of three corner shelves for the shower, these I was told would not be delivered for three months, I accepted this. That three months turned into six months and I decided to cancel the order. It took six weeks to get my refund, I had send and spoke to the salesperson several times and kept getting different reasons. I did get my refund but a very stressful exersice. I won’t buy from them again.

Polite staff, great show room and product that is available on a short turn around.
We were very happy with the service we received from them.
Although we have not unboxed and installed our fixtures yet so I can’t comment on quality I can say that the service you receive at this location will be great.
The store manager, Dennis, is a great guy with exceptional people skills. He was polite, reachable, organized and helpful when the distribution centre didn’t have the correct information to ship.
I would definitely recommend anyone go see Dennis at bath depot if you’re undertaking a renovation.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering my shower through Bath Depot. Upon installation, it was noted that the shower walls had a flaw. I called the store where I purchased the shower and was advised it would be 3 weeks to get new walls in. Then I noticed the piece to connect the shower walls was not ordered. I called the store again and was advise they were put in an request to customer support. In the mean time I connected with the "chat" function on the Bath Depot website. They wanted a part order, which I could not find. They had no idea what part I was requesting. In the end they just stopped communicating with me. Not sure how or if my problem will be resolved. Do not order from this company!!!!

As a senior it was disappointing to have to struggle to carry out, alone, a heavy fixture to my truck 8' away because the store attendant told me "They can't leave their store".
Going forward I'll remember not to enter their store.

2. Delivered wrong units and don’t have units in stock, I needed to wait weeks to get the right unit
3. One of units had a defect, when I asked them for replacement, they wanted to charge me for the parts they needed to replace

Very bad customer service . I received a damage bathtub ( crack on the floor of the bathtub ) , they said they are not going to replace it because its the contractor dropped something and damage the bathtub . Very disappointed . Don't buy anything from them .
Calgary Store -- NO Service
We went to the Calgary Store a week ago, December 2025. We were there for about a half hour & there was a gal behind the counter, but no greeting, no acknowledgment that we were there. No hello, no may I help you. Nothing, so we walked out & will never go back.
Bath Depot Mississauga - Great Place for Bathroom Tubs
I visited Bath Depot looking to purchase a tub and ended up leaving with two tubs and a faucet. I was greeted by Samantha Davidson, who was excellent—she listened carefully to what I wanted and provided several suitable options. She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything came together smoothly, even with my tight deadlines.
When some technical plumbing issues came up that I wasn’t familiar with, her manager, Carmine, stepped in. He worked directly with my contractor and made sure I had everything needed to install both tubs without any issues.
The team at the Mississauga location is truly top-notch. I highly recommend Bath Depot Mississauga for their knowledgeable staff, quality products, and outstanding customer service.
Very Poor Customer Service Experience
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I placed an order with Bath Depot back in September and trusted the process. A week later, the order was cancelled—no email, no explanation, no communication at all.
I spent weeks following up, calling customer service and even the Oakville store. I was told someone would get back to me, but nobody ever did. Months later, I finally received a very short apology that still gave me no reason and no solution.
I wasted time, energy, and patience just trying to get basic answers about an order they accepted, cancelled, and never explained.
It’s disappointing to see a company treat customers this way. I hope others read this before placing an order—good products mean nothing if the service behind them falls apart.
Online orders are a mess...
I ordered a bathtub c/w overflow drain from Bath Depot. The order was sent to a store which is 150 km from my small city. When I went to pick it up, the sales person removed the drain kit from the order assuring me that it was the wrong one. I resisted a little but let it go when he said it would be shipped to my home. I waited and waited but no kit and no response to several messages. I eventually installed the tub with an ABS overflow. Now, months later, I am still trying to get a refund but they want to send another kit (the same one) to the store 150 km away from me. They obviously don't read or even answer their emails. I found the only way to get a response is to send a message to their online product inquiry page.

Purchased a shower kit and although it does not look bad, the doors dont fit the gap advertised.

Smart Toilet/bidet system
My master onsuite bathroom was redone by a contractor last year, who order from Bath Depot on Merivale Road in Ottawa. I reported a problem with my toilet/bidet system a month ago and still no action has been taken. They keep telling me that the head office has not yet given them a code to reorder a part. This is an expensive piece which is still under warantee. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM unless you're prepared to wait forever. Horrible customer service!!
I am absolutely furious
I am absolutely furious. I ordered a bathtub for 'Store Pickup,' only to find out from support that this store location does not even exist yet! Why is it listed as open on your website?!
To fix YOUR mistake, support promised to ship it to another branch. I was told it was shipped. I even received an email confirming it. But now, at the end of the week, I get a notification that it’s delayed by another week!
We are in the middle of a renovation with small children and have been left without a bathtub and without any honest explanation. We are stuck in chaos because of your misleading website and broken promises.
