Colours are represented completely…

Colours are represented completely differently on the website. I got a strong purple colour when ordering a navy blue and my partner ordered black and got a grey so be mindful.

Quality isn't fantastic either, feels pretty flimsy and cheap. Would not pay the price tag for this. I will probably just use this as a gym bag now. Look into temu bags, probably similar quality. $120AUD for a $60 bag at best.

I asked for an exchange. Customer service said that it will only be exchanged at the cost of the customer. Not ideal.

Great for daily use

Great for daily use and the color is good. The drawback is that there are no external pockets, which makes it slightly less convenient to access items.

Lots of space

I love this backpack! I usually leave the backpack on the floor near me and it’s held up pretty well there are no stains, rips or tears. This backpack fits everything I need!

Another Scam?!

Having placed and order on 30th November this has not arrived. The tracking details 17 Track have been reported on here as a scam with requests to close them down. I’ve tried to contact Bagsmart but still nothing. Have now reached out to PayPal for help!
