Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Tshirt arrived damaged, sent numerous emails with pictures of the damage, not one reply.
Eventually after 2 weeks of emailing I had to go through Paypal resolution to get a refund which took ages and still no contact from them.

Issues with delivery and communication
I am experiencing significant delays with my order and received inadequate updates about the package's whereabouts. Additionally, the frequent feedback requests prior to the delivery were is not aligned with the service experience. For timely deliveries, especially for special occasions like Christmas, I recommend ordering at least two months in advance. The current delivery process needs improvement. I've received three emails requesting feedback on my experience, yet there's still no information provided about the whereabouts of my package.
