I wish I could give negative stars. We ordered a tablet and it was delivered to the wrong address. We sent them proof of id from one of their accepted proofs. They then accused us of fraud and deleted our account. Conveniently erasing all of the contact we had with them. We just want our money back. I have been using back market for years to get my electronics but now I will be telling everyone to not use them. We are contacting the police next to see what is to be done.

Perfect product

Bought a laptop, they sent the wrong charger. After long talks they kept deflecting the responsibility to the supplier in Poland. They finally agreed to reimburse me for the charger so I could buy a new one. I sent the charger to the agreed address. But they never accepted the package (although courier attempted to deliver it multiple times). Now I have no charger: not the new one and not the old one. Plus it's super hard to contact them. So yeah, I'm buying a new charger out of pocket.

Got 2 refurbished apple devices from them so far. They work fine but I give 4 stars instead of 5 because a downside with all refurbished items is a lower battery life. It makes it through the day, just like they promise, but recharging every day is already a bit annoying for me. Worth the money though, for sure!

Ordered a refurbished iphone 15 6 months ago "in excellent condition." Long story short, today nfc chip does not work, michophone does not provide clean noise, camera does not work well with light around it, phone heats up. It was my first time trying refurbished, and my last. Now I have to go through the hassle of sending the phone back so they fix, pack it up, find a new phone for the meantime and all that, honestly f that..

Back Market cannot provide a correct invoice. The customer and sent to information has been swapt and the amount on the invoice doesn't match the amount I payed. They are not able to correct it.

after 2 months my google pixel 6a gave me a notification that the battery is being throttled because its about to reach 400 charge cycles.

never wasting money on this site again i gave it a chance.

Back Market allows refurbishers to advertise products with higher grades than they actually deserve. The condition of my laptop was clearly misrepresented. The refurbisher probably assumed I wouldn’t notice or wouldn’t bother to act.

They did offer me a €15 compensation, but that was far too low considering the actual condition of the device. A fair offer could have avoided the unnecessary return. I was willing to keep the laptop, as it was fully functional.

After returning the device, I did receive my money back, which I appreciate. But that refund was the only positive part of the entire experience.

Be VERY cautious when buying from Back Market. Do thorough research on the refurbisher, and understand that misleading customers and taking calculated risks might actually be part of how this platform operates.

So please, be very, very aware. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Back Market unless you know exactly what you’re getting into.

Ordered a Garmin watch, it got delivered completely dirty and not working.
Still waiting for the refund after 1 month after sending it back.
Folks save yourself some trouble and do not buy from here.
