I get damaged Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, I send it back by DHL, agency has phone at 21st Nov, we agree I want a new phone. Seller send a phone and from that time no clue where it is. Now is 03rd December and still waiting. I regret did not agree for a refund.

Very nice service

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 13 mini from Back Market on October 30th. By November 23rd, the Apple Pay function had stopped working, and the phone began overheating. Overall, the performance was far below expectations.

To Back Market’s credit, their communication was quick and consistent. The service agent informed me they could not provide a temporary replacement, while I returned the device because the “reseller” doesn’t offer this option.

So - through no fault of my own, I’m now left without a phone while returning the device. This is a considerable inconvenience, for obvious reasons.

My contract is with Back Market, not the reseller, so I don’t understand why responsibility is being deferred by Back Market.

I now face an indefinite wait to learn whether I’ll receive a refund. This lack of clarity and support is disappointing.

A more customer-focused solution, such as a loan device, would make a big difference.

To be honest, if using Back Market means risking being left without a phone for an unknown period, why should anyone choose this option? Buying a new phone may not be best for the environment, but it is far more convenient and reliable.

The phone is great - it’s a proper old Nokia, the sort you don’t have to panic if you drop it. I love the old school predictive text as well - a real throwback. The price was very reasonable and no issues with ordering or delivery

I was very happy with the service from Backmarket. The Realme 9 5G phone was in excellent condition. Although the phone arrived without damage I feel they could improve the cushioning in the box as there was nothing to prevent the sleeve in which the phone was enclosed from sliding around in the box. Perhaps recycled paper would be an eco friendly method of doing so.

My first experience with Backmarket has been a brilliant one. All the product info was available before I purchased. Then, I was kept informed at all times until delivery.
The phone itself is absolutely brilliant. Completely flawless.
