Faulty Phone

Bought an iPhone in "excellent" condition and within 3 months the battery is broken. Customer service is quick to reply and if only they would issue a refund I would change review.

Issued a refund so satisfied with customer service although disappointed the phone was faulty.

I ordered and paid for a camera on…

I ordered and paid for a camera on Backmarket, €355.49 on the 8 May 26. At first everything was going well and they gave me a delivery date of 14 May. Today I see my order has been cancelled, NO reason given only saying a refund will be issued to your bank, I see this as the best way to do business and I will NEVER use them again or would I recommend them.

Poor quality iPhone 16 Pro Max “Excellent” condition.

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max in the condition category “Excellent” I’d been given great feedback about Back Market so decided to order from them. Upon arrival I opened the box for the great reveal, only to be greeted with an iPhone that had been poorly repaired and was certainly not cleaned properly. The rear glass has obviously been replaced and very poorly done so. It’s my first time buying from Back Market and my last. Given the price I paid I expected far greater quality standards and a much better customer experience. I replied to the mail I was sent advising on the delivery, with out a response. You will have to do it all on line yourself. The Quality was poor, would not recommend them for your next iPhone Purchase. I’ll be purchasing my phone from another Provider over the experience I just had, very poor indeed.
