Ordered dual sim, got a single sim.

Order was arranged and received well but received different phone, single SIM instead of Dual sim.

I was very happy with my phone

I was very happy with my phone. From the time I ordered it to receiving it was within the week. Its condition was a lot better than it stated. I was very happy with the notifications on the progress of we’re my order was up to.
I would by from this company again. I would recommend this company again.

The watch I bought was great and would have received five stars, but …

Not being able to contact the company in Australia over issues that arose - getting a watch band I did not order and paying for express post that I did not receive - was irksome and frustrating.

competitive products

Found the product on the websites. Looked at what others were offering. The model I purchased had the bigger 512mb not 256mb that others had. Time from purchase to delivery was excellent.

Awful Customer Service.

1st they didn't ship within the projected time frame and lied about it. Then after charging extra for next day, the shipped ground. After I pointed the error, they offered to refund the overcharge while blaming the carrier for the mistake.

Disappointing experience- avoid if you expect working accessories
I purchased a premium device expecting everything to be in proper working order. Instead, I received a faulty charger and was told the accessories aren’t genuine or guaranteed to work—even though I paid for the highest-grade option.

Customer service offered a $15 credit, which doesn’t even come close to covering the cost of a reliable replacement, and refused to send a proper charger. I’ve gone back and forth for weeks with no resolution and no escalation, despite multiple requests.

Extremely disappointed and would not recommend based on this experience. If you’re paying for a “premium” product, you should get what you paid for.
