1st time buyer

1st time buyer. I ordered the wrong size Patagonia fleece jacket. Sent it back that day & asked to trade it for a bigger size AND different color. They obliged w/out hesitance & the shipping was 1/2 business days out west. Highly recommend.

Pricing was competitive (better for my purchase), checkout was flawless and shipping/arrival was right on track. I will definitely shop at Backcountry Gear again.

Quality product at a fair price

Quality product at a fair price. Customer service was very good. I didn’t like My cousin edit card being charged before delivery.

Backcountry Gear - Darntough men's otc hike/trek extra cushion socks. Best price, plus shipped and received promptly. Socks fit and comfort as advertised. Both BCG and DT socks are highly recommended!

I ordered 2 orange Petzl carabiners…

I ordered 2 orange Petzl carabiners from your website based on what the picture looked like and the ones I recieved were yellow. The description said they were yellow but the picture on the website is definitely orange. You guys don't return climbing gear so, even though I'm not happy with them, I'll find someone to give them to. I recommend having better pictures of gear on your website. I was trying to avoid ordering from amazon but I will be ordering from them in the future. They have accurate pictures of gear and go out of their way to make the order right when there is a mistake. I did contact your customer service and they couldn't help me, only said we sent you yellow just like the description said but ignoring the picture on the website was of an orange carabiner.
